PHOTOS and VIDEO: Our Day in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Was Full of Pumpkin Treats and Furry Friends!

Jambo, sweet friends! We’re back in Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a full day of fun (and food, always food).

And, we’re taking you with us to take a look at all the things we find while we’re trekking across the park! Plus, you never know what surprises we might find along the way!

First things first, Molly had to take a selfie saying hello to all our AllEars readers in these amazing Leopard Minnie Ears (which are now available to shop online!).

As we started to walk into the park, the Tree of Life took our breath away for the thousandth time…

…and so did the flock of birds taking flight into the Animal Kingdom sky!

While we were in the area, we decided to stop by and see the Otters exhibit.

And, we can’t get over how ADORABLE they are!

We couldn’t start our day off the right way without a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew…

…as we chilled out in the Discovery Island Trails!

Many people don’t know about this tucked away area behind the Tree of Life, but it has some gorgeous views of the character boats floating by.

Plus there aren’t too many people who hang out around the area, so it gives you a chance to relax for a bit!

Since we were having a Pumpkin Cold Brew, we thought that a nice pumpkin treat would go along with it today. And, the Pumpkin Cheesecake at Creature Comforts does not disappoint…

…with a brownie base and pumpkin cheesecake on top to satisfy your pumpkin and chocolate cravings!

But, while we were over near the Harambe Food Market, we also spied the new Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. We have to admit that Starbucks might have a run for its money because it was SO GOOD!

While we were walking back from the market…

…we stopped to admire a quote that’s important to think about!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom might be a great place for rides, but it’s also a hot spot for animals! We stopped to see some of our sweet friends, including monkeys…

…the Crocodile (he’s smiling because he’s happy to see you)…

…and the water buffalo named after the Golden Girls themselves!

Dorothy, Blanche, and Rose are just so fabulous, aren’t they?

Molly also tried her hand again at Bronto Score, buuut didn’t make the final cut to win a plush. Maybe next time, Molly!

Since it was a bit of a busy day in the park, we noticed that there was a LOOONG line for an attraction.

Na’vi River Journey Queue

We realized it was a 40 minute wait for the Na’vi River Journey in Pandora. Phew! The Shaman is totally worth it, though.

We popped into Windtraders to see what was up with the locals.

Lookin’ good, friends!

It’s been one full day in the parks, but we’ve loved every second of it! Thanks for tagging along with us! We’ll catch you next time during our upcoming Disney World adventures.
