Hello from Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
We visited the park today to check out how the crowds have been, along with wait times, and everything else you need to know about visiting Hollywood Studios on the weekend right now!
Here’s What Our Day Was Like at Hollywood Studios!
We checked into the park a few hours after it opened, so the entrance was a lot less crowded then what we’ve seen when arriving right at opening!
However, by this point in the day there were some long lines. Headed over to Sunset Boulevard, we saw two very long lines for both Tower of Terror and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.

At this point, Tower had a posted 45 minute wait, while Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster was listed as a 50 minute wait. We were told that Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster had just gone through a cleaning cycle, which likely helped bulk up the length of the line.
Over on Sunset Boulevard, we did spot a newly reopened spot — Hollywood Scoops!
The ice cream spot has reopened for guests to cool down with a delicious treat.

Heading over towards Toy Story Land, Slinky Dog Dash had a posted 50 minute wait…
…and Toy Story Mania was listed at 40 minutes.
As the newest land in Disney World, it should come as no surprise that Galaxy’s Edge has consistently been one of the more congested, especially on the weekends.

Today, Rise of the Resistance was experiencing technical difficulties, and went down several times in the first half of the day. Because of this, by about 1:30PM the ride had only started boarding groups 15 to 17.
MuppetVision 3D had also briefly gone down for technical difficulties at this point.
But to entertain guests stopping by, Cast Members were out and singing!

Pretty pathetic to have so many malfunctioning rides with fairly light crowds.
Magic Kingdom today was insane. Wait times were 50 minutes-75 minutes for almost everything. Massive crowds everywhere. We didn’t ride anything because the lines were so long. And I’m not sure what qualifies as social distances, or clean bathrooms but MK failed today. 😭
