Here’s the Best Place to Get a Drink in Every Walt Disney World Park

Where are the best spots to grab a drink in the Most Magical Place on Earth? Let’s take a look!

Whether You’re Looking for Beer, Wine, or a Cocktail, Disney World has You Covered!

Walt Disney World definitely offers plenty of options for the young and young-at-heart to enjoy. But if you’re looking for an adult beverage in the parks, Disney has you covered as well!

Here’s the best place to grab a drink in each of Walt Disney World’s theme parks!

Magic Kingdom — Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen

Out of all of the Disney World parks, Magic Kingdom will have the fewest options for grabbing a drink. That is because the park was alcohol-free from the time it opened in 1971 until 2012. But now, alcoholic beverages are served at all of the Table Service restaurants in the park. And our pick for the best spot to snag a drink is Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen! Or, as it’s affectionately abbreviated, Skipper Canteen.

While most of the drink menus at Magic Kingdom restaurants focus on beer and wine, Skipper Canteen also offers a few refreshing specialty cocktails to choose from! They have a House-made Sangria with your choice of either red or white wine and the Jungle Navigation Co. Shandy, which is a Blue Moon Belgian Ale mixed with lemonade. And of course, if you do prefer a beer or wine, they have a solid selection of both as well. The Kungaloosh Spiced Excursion Ale is a guest favorite — and it is brewed exclusively for Disney World!

Here’s a non-alcoholic option, the Schweitzer Slush!

EPCOT — La Cava del Tequila

While drinks are hard to come by in Magic Kingdom, there are almost too many choices in EPCOT! The World Showcase is home to some truly awesome restaurants and bars, and it was tough to narrow down the competition here. But after some intense deliberation, we gave the nod to La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico Pavilion.

This lounge is located inside the Pavilion’s pyramid which gives it an intimate and unique atmosphere. The tequila selection is out of this world, and you’ll find some of the most incredible and inventive margaritas on their menu! With options like the La Cava Avocado Margarita, Minty Pineapple Margarita, and Blood Orange Margarita, it’s hard to pick a favorite!

Speaking of that delicious Blood Orange Margarita, we even have the recipe for you to recreate it at home! That way, you can enjoy a little of that La Cava del Tequila magic in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios — BaseLine Tap House

While Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge offers up some super unique drinks and incredible theming, we ultimately had to go with BaseLine Tap House as our top spot! BaseLine Tap House has a more laid-back atmosphere, and it’s a great spot to grab a drink and a small bite to eat if you’re looking to relax for a bit.

There’s a significant amount of outdoor seating, which we love taking advantage of when the weather is nice! And if you’re looking for a beer, this is definitely your go-to spot! They have 18 beers on tap, along with hard cider, wine, and cocktails.

With its relaxed vibe, great menu selection, and solid small-plate options, BaseLine Tap House is usually where we find ourselves headed for a drink in Hollywood Studios!

Animal Kingdom — Nomad Lounge

You’ll find Nomad Lounge adjacent to Tiffins restaurant in Animal Kingdom. And this is another location that really brings its A-game when it comes to atmosphere! There’s both an open-air deck that looks out onto the beautiful greenery of the park as well as an indoor seating area to escape the weather (and the heat!).

The menu features beer and wine, but the cocktails are where this location really sparkles! Their mixologists draw inspiration from African, Asian, and South American flavors and the results are delicious. The selection is pretty impressive, but a few of our favorites are the Mustang Coffee, made with Crown Royal, brown sugar, butter, and hot coffee, and the Snow Leopard Salvation, with Snow Leopard Vodka, Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur, mint, and lime juice topped with ginger beer. The Snow Leopard Salvation is another recipe you can recreate at home!

In addition to the awesome drinks, Nomad Lounge also offers a great selection of small plates, including sliders, tacos, and charcuterie. In all, it’s a fantastic spot to try some delicious menu items and bask in the chill spirit of Animal Kingdom!

Disney World has so much to offer, including some truly amazing drinks! So the next time you’re on the hunt for a boozy beverage in the parks, swing by one of these spots and enjoy!
