News: Disney is Pausing One of Its Merch Options

With business impacted around the globe, Disney has announced they’re pausing a popular service.

Unfortunately it’s not just Disney parks that are feeling the impact of current global events. It looks like Disney will be pausing one of their merchandise options in the coming days.

Subscription boxes are a rising trend in the retail world. With this service, subscribers receive a box of new merchandise every month. And while the general “theme” of the items is the same, the exact contents are a surprise. Previously, shopDisney has offered several subscription box options including a Disney Bedtime Adventure Box, the Disney Backstage Collection, and the Disney Princess Enchanted Collection.

But unfortunately, due to current events and the impact on business around the globe, shopDisney will be pausing their subscription box services until further notice. This change will be reflected on the shopDisney site beginning April 21st. Even though this option will no longer be available, you can still get your Disney merch fix through individual purchases at shopDisney.com! We’ll keep an eye out to see if Disney resumes the subscription box option down the line and keep you posted!
