Disney Springs has become a gastronomical hotbed in recent years. In addition to top notch shopping and entertainment, there are seemingly never-ending options when it comes to dining and drinking.

With table service restaurants, quick service options, and walk-up kiosks, there are gourmet bites and handcrafted beverages around every corner.
We’ve compiled a list of the ten things you must eat and drink at Disney Springs.
Raw Bar at the BOATHOUSE
Belly up to the bar, no reservations needed, at the finest seafood spot in Disney Springs, BOATHOUSE. The bar offers the restaurant’s full menu with prime viewing of the Amphicars cruising over the water.

The main draw here is the massive raw bar offering up the freshest collection of shrimp, oysters, lobster, and more . Our favorite here is the wild-caught Sea of Cortez jumbo shrimp. They are sold by the piece and come with a fantastic Gibsons Bombay Gin Cocktail Sauce (basically a super fresh cocktail sauce).

Sake Flight at Morimoto Asia
Upon stepping inside Iron Chef Morimoto’s Disney Springs restaurant you’ll feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World. Morimoto Asia celebrates the flavors of the continent with a menu curated by the Michelin-awarded chef in a stunning setting.

Tucked away on the property’s second floor, you’ll find Forbidden Lounge. This cozy oasis offers a late night menu and excellent cocktails. If you’ve ever wanted to try a variety of high-end sakes, you’re in luck. Here, you can order a sake flight. It’s worth the splurge, we promise!

Churros from Sunshine Churros
The theme park classic gets a major upgrade at this joint. With two locations in Disney Springs — Marketplace and West Side — Sunshine Churros is consistently churning out delicious churros and seasonal delights from a walk-up cart.

The menu ranges from Dipped and Gourmet Churros to Specialty Churros with nine varieties in total. Our must tries are the Gourmet Churros, Oreo, and Strawberry Cheesecake. The Oreo has a sweet vanilla filling, and the Strawberry Cheesecake comes with a cream cheese dipping sauce.

Limoncello Gimlet from Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar
Featuring a speakeasy vibe, Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar is a part lounge/part restaurant hybrid that features Prohibition-era cocktails in a unique atmosphere. Accessible via stairs and a tunnel, Enzo’s Hideaway is the perfect spot at Disney Springs if you’re looking for somewhere chill and relaxed.

Our must-have here is their signature cocktail, the Limoncello Gimlet. The cocktail features Nolet’s Gin, Caravella Limoncello, and Simple Syrup and is topped with Roasted Thyme. This is not only a visual winner, it is delicious, too. While I wouldn’t pass back a few of these during a meal given the sweet nature of Limoncello, I would highly suggest this for a post-feast nightcap.

Air Pirate’s Pretzel From Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, the Indiana Jones-themed booze haven, serves up some pretty mean cocktails and a rotating small plates menu. One of the mainstays also happens to be one of our favorites, the Air Pirate’s Pretzel.

In addition to a pretty nifty presentation, what you have here is a delicious jumbo pretzel that is kicked up a notch with amazing beer cheese fondue dip. We won’t judge if you happen to indulge in this one all by your lonesome. They even brought this thing to the next level earlier this year with a seasonal “loaded” pretzel.

Seasonal Treats From Amorette’s Patisserie
Located in Town Center, Amorette’s Patisserie is a unique high-end pastry shop with delicious classic and contemporary pastries in addition to custom cakes. They serve an assortment of dome cakes on the regular, but they sweeten the deal with special seasonal treats.

Indulge this season in the Holiday Yule log. This decadent dessert features red velvet cake and spiced cream cheese icing. ‘Tis the season! They also carry a nice selection of wines and even specialty wine slushies.

Burrata and Wine on Tap from Wine Bar George
Master Sommelier George Miliotes has made his mark at Disney Springs with Wine Bar George. The wine-focused restaurant serves an impressive menu of both small and large format plates in addition to over 150 wines available by the glass, bottle, and even ounce. They’ve successfully created an environment that allows for an approachable way to experience and learn about different wines.

Our must have here? Their delicious Burrata served on thick grilled bread with seasonal tomatoes and quality extra virgin olive oil. Pair this with one of their wines for the perfect light meal.

Sangria and Jamon Iberico at Jaleo
Celebrated chef Jose Andres may be known all over the world, but luckily we can enjoy his exquisite eats right here in central Florida at Jaleo. The gorgeous two-story restaurant offers up a tapas menu featuring paella, meat and cheese, and an extensive wine list, all celebrating the regional diversity of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine.

We can not get enough of their signature Sangria Roja and 48-month cured Jamon Iberico. His famous sangria is the perfect blend of wine, juices, and fruit, while the cured meat has just the right level of fat and saltiness. It’s a dynamic duo.

With over 60 dining options across Disney Springs, creating this list was no easy feat. The awesome thing about this foodie hotspot is there’s truly something for every taste bud.
