We’re back at the newest addition to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, the beautiful Gran Destino Tower, to check out their holiday decor. And if you thought the Tower was beautiful before, just wait until you see how it’s getting merry.
While the Tower’s every day decor is already over-the-top stunning — like the massive metallic light fixture in the center of the lower lobby and Barcelona Lounge — the holiday decor here is fairly traditional with some modern touches. The Tower’s Christmas tree stands tall in front of the lower lobby’s floor to ceiling glass window.
Deep green boughs hold a host of treasures, many unique to the Tower and evocative of its Spanish roots.
Etched metal lights dot the two-story-tall tree, along with glittery poinsettias and large ball ornaments.
We love this large glowing star ornament. We’ll take one, please, for the top of our tree!
The front desk, which serves the entire Resort, comes to life with festive backlighting and adorned wreaths.
A smaller tree in the waiting area of the upper lobby features a gold design that compliments the Tower’s Spanish tone.
We love the holidays at Walt Disney World! Be sure to check out other displays including Disney’s Contemporary Resort and the newest pastry work of art at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
