Disney Pic of the Week: Adventureland

Photographic Innoventions by Scott Thomas

If you go on an adventure, you are expecting an unusual and exciting, typically hazardous, experience or activity. Disney Adventurelands throughout the world deliver in all aspects except they are not hazardous even if they try to make it fell like they are.

For me, Pirates of the Caribbean at the Magic Kingdom is certainly an unusual and exciting experience. During a Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party I attended last fall, I discovered and photographed the enhanced lighting and atmospheric effects surrounding the attraction which brought even more excitement for those attending.
