WHAT
IS MOUSEFEST?
For the past 7 years, Disney fans from around the world who
frequent the Usenet newsgroup Rec.Arts.Disney.Parks (RADP) have had periodic,
informal get-togethers at Walt Disney World and also in their own locales
to get to know one another "in real life." This has included
an ever-growing annual holiday gathering in Orlando. Many other Disney
fans who have connected through other Disney-related websites and message
boards have also gathered at Walt Disney World, and other locations, to
share their love of the Most Magical Place on Earth.

But
imagine if you can a gathering that encompasses ALL these groups… a
gathering that unites the enormous family of Disney enthusiasts from all
walks of life, from all backgrounds, from all over the country, from all
over the globe! Imagine all of these people convening at Walt Disney World
for a short Disney cruise, followed by several days of fun and merriment,
special meals, events, and an all-round spirit of Mickey Mania!

Now
you've imagined MouseFest 2003!

And guess what?

YOU'RE
INVITED!!!
That's right — Everyone is invited!
In general, there
are no limits on who can join our events, and no age requirements! (Of
course, certain events do require tickets or deposits, may have capacity
restrictions, or may not be of interest to young children.)

It
may sound like an ambitious project, but we believe it's a worthwhile
one! Just who all, you might be wondering, is "WE"?

All Ears Net Founder Deb Wills, PassPorter authors Jennifer
Watson and Dave Marx
, What Would Walt Do? Founders Allison and
Tom Keaney
, Rebekah and Chris Mahnken from
MouseEarVacations.com
and many others, have decided to

attempt to pull all these diverse groups together to co-celebrate the
holiday season and our love of things Disney at our very favorite Laughing
Place!

DATES:

11/30-12/4/03
— Cruise aboard the Disney Wonder

12/4-12/8/03
— Gather at a variety of Walt Disney World locations!

12/6/03 — The MEGA-MOUSE
MEET!
The true spirit of MouseFest 2003
will reign, as WDW guidebook authors, Disney website founders, and
members of several Disney Internet fan communities come together at one
Big Meet and Greet!

The entire
event list of Mousefest 2003 spans more than a week: from November
30 through December 8, 2003
. But there's no obligation to spend the
whole week MouseFesting. Come for just the cruise portion. Or just join
in for a dinner or a get-together here and there. Whatever suits your
schedule!
