2008 Mardi Gras Concert Photos 2008 Mardi Gras Parade and Park Photos Huey Lewis and The News - April 5, 2008 Huey Lewis & The News is a Grammy-winning American Rock band based in San Franciso, California. Their greatest success was in the 1980s, when they were one of the most popular music acts of the decade. They performed several of their hit singles including Hip to Be Square, If This Is It, Workin' for a Livin' and The Power of Love.
Heart - March 29, 2008 Heart, featuring Ann and Nancy Wilson, performed many of their hits from the 1970's and 1980's including Magic Man, Barracuda and Crazy on You. They also covered songs by The Who and Led Zeppelin.
Kool and The Gang - March 22, 2008 Kool and the Gang opened with their signature song, Celebration and followed it up with Hollywood Swinging, Jungle Boogie, Ladies' Night, Too Hot, Get Down on It and Joanna. The group also performed Steppin' into Love from their lastest CD, Still Kool. Look for Kool and The Gang to appear at the Food and Wine Festival on Oct 27 and 28, 2008.
Gretchen Wilson - March 1, 2008 Grammy award-winning country music singer-songwriter, Gretchen Wilson opened her show with the very fitting song "Here for the Party". She performed many of her hit songs including Redneck Woman, When I Think About Cheating, Homewrecker, You Don't Have to Go Home and for the finale, All Jacked Up. Miss Wilson also performed Barracuda by Heart and for her encore, she sang Rock and Roll by Led Zeppelin.
Sara Evans - February 16, 2008 Traditional-style country singer-songwriter Sara Evans performed many of her well known hit songs at The BoneYard. Folks who don't follow country music may remember Sara as the contestant that dropped out of Dancing With The Stars for personal reasons. Songs performed included I Could Not Ask for More, Coalmine, A Real Fine Place to Start, Cheatin and Suds in the Bucket. She also sang I Want You to Want Me by Cheap Trick.
