April 2008 Mardi Gras at Universal Studios - Each spring the streets of Universal Studios are filled with beads, bands and a rocking parade. Mardi Gras takes place on selected Saturday nights during February, March and April. February 2 - April 19. For more information, click HERE. Harbor Nights Wine Tasting & Jazz - The Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando is host to "Harbor Nights" - a wine tasting and jazz event designed to capture the ambiance of the Mediterranean. Featuring select wines, gourmet food samples, live jazz and complimentary hand-rolled cigars, "Harbor Nights" takes place under the twinkling lights of the hotel's Harbor Piazza. May 2008 Universal's Middle School Gradventure - May 8, 2008 - 7 pm to Midnight - Calling all graduating Middle Schoolers - come celebrate like never before at Universal's brand new Gradventure at Islands of Adventure theme park.
