  • New Beverage Boot Camp Series – Exploring Wines from 1996

    WHERE: East Hall at World ShowPlace pavilion in Epcot
    WHEN: Sunday, September 27, 1 – 3 p.m.
    PRICE: $119 per person, plus tax, gratuity included

    Andrea Robinson, Master Sommelier discusses how wines have evolved over the past 20 years. You will be able to sip and savor wines from 1996. After the tasting there will be a light reception with culinary treasures influenced by the cuisine of 1996.

  • New Beverage Boot Camp Series – I'll Take Manhattans! Dale DeGroff, James Beard award-winning mixologist, explores the history of aromatic bitters and how botanicals helped shape the making of a timeless cocktail known as the Manhattan. After the tasting there will be a light reception with classic appetizers you can enjoy while sipping Manhattan with the king of cocktails himself.

  • New What's Cookin with… — Begin the day with a delightful, plated brunch and a sparkling wine toast. A celebrated culinary guest will demonstrate a favorite dish and then sit down with the event emcee to answer questions from the audience and share the secret ingredients of their success.

  • Mediterranean Food & Wine Pairing — Guests will be treated to cuisine from both land and sea. Each new plate is paired with carefully selected wines and serves as a showcase of unique Mediterranean and Moroccan inspiration. Between the exotic flavors and the vibrant decor of the newly opened Spice Road Table you will feel as though you have been magically transported to a Moroccan seashore.

  • Morocco Food and Wine Pairings — Discover a marriage of three regional wines with tasting-size portions of cuisine. A wine represenatative will moderate each session and the menu selections change daily.

  • New Italian Food, Wine and Beer Pairing — For the first time, Via Napoli will host a pairing of five Italian food courses with both beer and wine. All beverages have been selected by the chef to complement the style of authentic Italian dishes.

  • Italian Food and Wine Pairing — Southern Italian cooking paired with a variety of Italian wines.

  • Italian Regional Food and Wine Pairing Luncheon — This wine pairing event showcases a variety of regional Italian wines, selected to pair perfectly with freshly prepared Italian dishes.

    WHEN: Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, noon -2:30 p.m.

  • Parisian Breakfast — Chefs de France introduces breakfast in Paris. Start your morning "a la Parisienne" with a mimosa, freshly made baguettes, brioches and croissants, unlimited coffee, tea, hot chocolate and orange juice.

  • New French Family Meal Traditions — For the past few years our team from Monsieur Paul has been delighting you with delicious French Regional Lunches. This year, take a trip back home where each week one of our chefs will prepare a favorite meal from their childhood.

  • Mexican Tequila Lunch – These tastings will complement a selected Mexican regional cuisine and will offer guests the opportunity to learn more about tequila and spirits.

  • Hibachi Experience — Guests are treated to a memorable and interactive experience showcasing six courses with one featuring Wagyu beef prepared at your table by Teppan chefs. Each course will demonstrate comparative cooking techniques or ingredients all while spotlighting the art of Japanese Teppan cooking. Specially selected sake will compliment each course.

  • Culinary Adventures in Signature Dining (more than 20 dinners throughout the festival; prices vary) — Signature restaurants welcome you to a memorable meal. The resident chef will prepare a magnificent culinary experience as a hosting winery presents the accompanying wines for each dinner.
