Dinners
All Reserve Dinners for 2001 are now SOLD OUT!
Prepare yourself for an occasion that is first and foremost about celebrating
the very finest of wines. Renowned chefs will each prepare a course perfectly
matched to each of the selected reserve quality bottles. The vintners
and chefs will appear at your table to discuss that evening's harmonies
of food and wine. Call (407) 939-7832 to make reservations for these
limited seating engagements.
Dinners are from 6 - 9 p.m. Fridays and Sundays during the Festival. $135
per person plus tax (includes gratuity). Seating in the Wonders of Life
VIP dining room. Limited to 30 guests per dinner. Jackets preferred. Epcot®
admission required. Guests invited to view IllumiNations at the conclusion
of this extraordinary evening.

is owned by members of the Disney family - so expect a little pixie dust
this evening! Principals from both wineries will be present to spotlight
their wines in this salute to Napa Valley Cabernet.

blockbuster wines! Andrea Immer, Master Sommelier and author of "Great
Wines Made Simple", will host this special evening as three revered
Sonoma producers present their finest. Starting off with Late Disgorged
Brut from Iron Horse, guests will also be served Benziger's Reserve Merlot
and Kenwood's Artist Series Cabernet, each award-winning and scored in
the 90's by several wine publications.

Notes: This is a mini-world tour of both New World and Old World soil
and soul. From Spain, Agusti Torello will be presenting their Kripta cava
that is not only a delight on the palate, but the bottle it comes in is
so unique and decorative it can be considered a collector's item. Also
from Spain, Vina Bajoz' Gran Reserva is a new sensation that has received
rave reviews. Flora Springs and Alma Viva certainly need no introduction
as New World producers of world-class Bordeaux blends from Napa and Chile,
respectively.

Notes: Syrah's idyllic home for centuries has been in the northern Rhône
of France, and none other than Jean-Luc Colombo himself will be here to
present his fabulous Cornas. Syrah has found a second idyllic home now
too, and a new style, in Australia, where they call it Shiraz. Penfolds
brought this varietal to the forefront with its legendary Grange, which
will be tasted this evening, along with a more recent sensation, Rosemount's
Balmoral Syrah. To top it off, renowned wine personality and author Oz
Clarke will be the special host for this Syrah-lovers' evening.

All Winemaker Dinners for 2001 are now SOLD OUT!
This
casual yet elegant evening will take you and your tastebuds on a splendid
journey. All of the Winemaker Dinners will boast a different cultural
theme. Each course within that theme will be accompanied by wines meticulously
selected by their vintners. As your tastebuds relish the morsels of a
distant place, your eyes and ears will enjoy authentic, live entertainment
from that land. And as the evening winds down, you will have the opportunity
to meet the celebrity chefs and winemakers. Call (407) 939-7832

requested.

treat, as Steve Klc, contributing editor for Food Arts magazine, will
unveil a special creation made with and served with Inniskillin's famous
Icewine.
