What About…?

 

AAA – Should your vehicle become disabled during your visit, complimentary towing is available from AAA during park hours.

ATMs – There are three in Epcot: One outside the main entrance on the East side (left if you are standing at the turnstiles facing Spaceship Earth); one on the right, just walkway to World Showcase at the DVC booth and one in World Showcase in the American Adventure restroom area.

Attire – Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times.

Baby Changing/Nursing – Located in the Baby Care Center in Odyssey Center in Future World.

Baby Strollers – Rentals are available on the East (Left) Side of the Entrance Plaza and at the International Gateway.

Credit Cards – Disney accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and the Disney Visa Credit Card. Travelers Checks and cash are also accepted. Your MagicBand can serve as a charge card — inquire at the Front Desk when you check-in.

First Aid – Inside the Odyssey Center

Kennels – Best Friends Pet Care is located across from Port Orleans at 2510 Bonnet Creek Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. To book accommodations for your pets visit www.wdw.bestfriendspetcare.com or call 877-4-WDW-PETS.

Lockers – Attended lockers are located on the west side of Spaceship Earth (on the right as you enter the park). Unattended lockers are available at the International Gateway. 

Lost and Found – Located at Guest Relations on the East (left) side of Spaceship Earth. Please put your name/address on your camera and other easily misplaced valuables!

Package Pickup – Purchases can be sent to the Gift Shop at the Entrance Plaza or to the World Traveler Shop at the International Gateway for pick up three hours after your purchase. Purchases can also be delivered to your Disney Hotel as long as you’re are not checking out the following day. Be sure to tell the Cashier BEFORE they ring up your items. You can also have our purchases shipped home (at your expense).

Readmission Policy – To reenter the park, you must use your MagicBand or the RFID ticket you used to enter the park.

Smoking – For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Wheelchairs – Limited quantities of manual wheelchairs and ECVs (Electric Convenience Vehicles) are available for rent to guests with disabilities on the East (left) side of the Entrance Plaza and at the International Gateway.

Guest Relations – acts as the liaison between you and Disney. Located on the east side of Spaceship Earth, provides the following assistance:
