STK Names Executive Chef James O’Donnell

STK Orlando, a modern steakhouse that is planned to open this spring at Disney Springs, has named James O'Donnell as executive chef. O'Donnell, who has led kitchens from Los Angeles to Jacksonville, will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations at the two-level, 15,000-square-foot steakhouse, which is one of the largest STK restaurants in the world.
