Bullseye Stallion Stampede

After Disney’s California Adventure made over Paradise Pier, boardwalk games became more exciting with Disney themes. By feverishly rolling balls in a skeeball-style game, players earn points depending on which hole the ball falls through. The more points, the further your horsey goes and whoever reaches the finish line first wins. Want to learn more … Continue reading "Bullseye Stallion Stampede"

Trattoria al Forno Replaces Kouzzina at Boardwalk

Posted on
Disney has announced that Italy will replace Greece on the Boardwalk starting in December 2014. Look for simple foods "trattoria" baked in an oven (al forno) at the new eatery serving dishes from Italy's various regions. Everything from Neopolitan pizzas, to pork chop alla Milanese, to house-made cavatelli, polenta and much more. For vegetarians - ruffled campanelle pasta with green beans, roasted potatoes and Genovese pesto. A seasonal risotto will always be on the menu. Paper-thin Italian meets, olives, caponata, pastas, fresh seafood and vegetables will all be part of the dining experience.

I visited Disney’s Hollywood Studios on a sunny afternoon to check on a few Hidden Mickeys. I strolled along Sunset Boulevard to Rosie’s All-American Cafe to verify if a new Hidden Mickey is still there. It is! Mickey’s smiling face is at the right lower corner of a photo collage at the left side of … Continue reading "Hidden Mickeys at Disney’s Hollywood Studios"
