Hands down the BEST restaurant in MK. There are enough options that your picky eaters will find something delicious and your adventurous eaters can find something new to try! The portions are huge (though not 50's prime time huge) and a meal could easily be shared if you like. The waiters were super funny and attentive and the theming is phenomenal. If you are going to MK and do not have a reservation here you need to hop online and get one NOW. Like don't finish reading reviews go get a reservation. You cannot miss this one.

This place is so good and so fun. I started a dance party with the cast members at the host stand. For real. It was beyond fun. The atmosphere is perfect, and the food was delicious. Service was super fun. I doubt I could go to MK without eating here. Get the Brazilian cheese bread. Thank me later.

I've eaten here twice and i've loved both time. Its a great way to get out of the heat, and the theming is fun. The food is good too, and has a cool twist on classic stuff.

Probably our favorite restaurant in the Magic Kingdom! If you want to get away from hot dogs and burgers or Mickey shaped snacks, give it a try. They have an awesome menu with a great variety. We like to stop here for lunch! Plus they have great wine and a tasty sangria!

Very cool theming! It was a very good meal. The Tastes like Chicken is very good, everything was delicious! Very filling as well! Our server was very good!

Great food and adventurous menu. This is not your typical theme park fare. We also love the atmosphere and the fun banter and terrible (in a good way) puns from the CM's. It's a great break from the MK for a terrific meal.

Chef Candie on 12/28 was the best. I have many food allergies to which Disney is always accommodating. I must say she went above and beyond. It was the first time the Chef came out half way through my meal to ensure I was satisfied and pleased. Wish I had the email of person in charge of the restaurant to shout out kudos to her.

If there are two things I enjoy in life, it’s kitsch and interesting food. Skipper Canteen hits the spot for both. I ate there for the first time on my most recent trip in October and I’m definitely going to have a difficult time choosing between trying a new table service restaurant and just coming back to this restaurant next time. I really love the explorer theme and the size of the restaurant is very deceiving from the outside. I had the Curried Vegetable Crew Stew and while it had some kick, it wasn’t anywhere near unbearably spicy. It was very good and paired well with the coconut rice served with the entree. I honestly cannot wait to eat here again!

Had dinner here in October and this restaurant is now on our must do list for every trip. Had various entree's, appetizer's, and deserts and each was delicious, creative and wonderfully prepared. All four people in our party were pleased. In addition, theming and service are great.

An underrated gem! I'd especially recommend to adults (picky kids might have trouble). My mom and I ordered four appis to share and we were happy with all of them! I was under the impression that this is one of the restaurants where the servers roast you, but we didn't get that. It didn't diminish the experience though! The atmosphere and decor are so cool.
