The food here is terrible. I am not sure why everyone loves this place but it isn't my cup of tea.
The sauces and seasonings are way too strong. So are the drinks. The seating has so many restrictions posted on the tables it is hard to find a seat even when it isn't busy.
The cast members didn't seem to like their jobs at all and it showed in their experiences.
Pros:
The dessert was pretty good.Cons:

I was excited to try the cheeseburger pods after watching so many glowing reviews on AllEars, but I’m sad to say Molly led me astray. The meat tasted low quality, like bad Sloppy Joe filling without the sauce. Speaking of sauce, it was also super dry, so some kind of burger sauce could’ve helped mask the icky flavor and add a better texture. Like another reviewer, I liked the vegetable chips the best, which seems … not ideal. We did have a lovely experience with the cast members here, though, and even got a little extra pixie dust in the form of free cupcakes for my SO’s birthday.
Pros:
Air conditioning Healthy options Great cast membersCons:
Cheeseburger pods disappointedReviewed by Disney20s Review Date: 12/01/2021

Of all the places we ate at WDW, this was the biggest disappointment. I had high hopes from reading the reviews, but neither myself nor my husband enjoyed our meals. We thought the noodles tasted very odd and not good, although we both enjoyed the proteins (I had shrimp, he had beef). Perhaps one of the other bases would be better, but idk if we’ll risk trying this restaurant again. What a bummer!
Pros:
Protein options were decentCons:
Noodles were grossReviewed by SarahDe Review Date: 05/10/2021

Unpopular opinion here. I didn’t like the cheeseburger pods. My husband didn’t either. The bun smelled like play-Doh and was sort of dry. and the meat was dry too. I’ve heard these taste like a McDonald’s cheeseburger and I love McDonald’s cheeseburgers! However, these were nowhere near as good as a McDonald’s cheeseburger in my opinion.
Pros:
Sort of Resembled the flavor profile of a McDonald’s cheeseburgerCons:
Dry, smelly bun and not as good as a McDonald’s cheeseburger.Reviewed by jannielane Review Date: 12/13/2022

The food looks better than it tastes. If you make the wrong selections the taste can be jarring, especially if you choose the wrong dressing for a bowl (I find the vinaigrette too sour and not good with any combination of proteins and bases I have tried). On my last visit, I tried the cheeseburger pods, which were far and above more flavorful than any of the bowls that I have ordered in the past. It would be nice to offer a variety of fillings.
Mobile ordering is a necessity; otherwise you will wither on the vine while waiting for your food to appear. Handicapped accessibilty is poor; food pickup stations are at the back of the restaurant and there is no good path for a scooter to get to the stations. However, the drink stations are close to the exit, which is a benefit.
Servers/attendants seem to be particularly uniniterested in helping diners or cleaning tables. This is not a one-time observation, unfortunately. I have had a lot of trouble balancing a tray on my scooter while trying to get to my table; servers who are quite obviously not busy have just watched me when my drink almost slid off the tray. I do not understand, considering the number of people using mobility scooters at DWy, why servers in fast food restaurants are not trained to assist people who obviously do not have another person to carry their trays. It would be a small courtesy that would be extremely appredicated. Yes, I can walk with my cane, but this still leaves me unable to safely carry a tray.
Pros:
ConvenientCons:
Crowded; not handicapped friendly; be careful of your selections if you order a bowl, since sometimes you can end up with a combination that is pretty awfulReviewed by Alyoop Review Date: 05/21/2022

Tried the cheeseburger pods because of Molly's review and my husband's favorite hamburger is a McDonald's cheeseburger and it was likened to that in a bao bun. We did not agree. Both of us felt like it a weird puréedush of cheeseburger and super mustard-y. It's tough to say do or don't recommend based off one dish though...
Pros:
Chips were good and the bao bun was good. We were there at 6pm on Wednesday and found seating.Cons:
Cheeseburger not great unfortunately.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/21/2021

We were so excited to try the cheeseburger pods after so many great reviews, especially as a family full of cheeseburger lovers, but the meat was gross. The root chips were more of a favorite, which seems wrong.
Pros:
A/C, easy to have a relaxing sit down.Cons:
One of the worst of our meals is Disney. Maybe opt for a bowl instead?Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/20/2021

I personally didn’t like this restaurant when I went to Disney. The one and only time I ate here I got the chicken and rice but didn’t know there would be beans and stuff in there. I only likes the chicken and didn’t like the rice (it’s brown rice). (Also I’m a picky eater)
Pros:
Everyone who I went with seemed to like this placeCons:
Not for me or picky eatersReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 07/27/2021

They took SOOO long to get our mobile order ready, which was only 1 cheeseburger pod meal and 1 kids quesadilla. We were there over half an hour just waiting at the table. The cheeseburger pod is pure white bread with very little meat inside. We did not like it. Maybe I should have asked for the bowls.
Pros:
It has outdoor dining, good for the Covid times.Cons:
Meal took too long, cheeseburger pod is more white bread than anything else.Reviewed by mbelerique19 Review Date: 06/22/2021

Dined here for lunch in June 2021. The cheeseburger pods did NOT live up to the hype. They were difficult to finish because of how bad they were. The signature cheesecake did exceed expectations and I will definitely order it again.
