Terrible is too nice of a word for this place. Our waitress was ruder than rude. After an hour and other diners whom came in after us being served meal we inquired about our meal. The waitress told us it was not her problem. She then returned with our plates and quite literally threw them at us, so much so that the Flatbread slid off the plate. Our meal was ice cold and the $32 ribs were conjeled. Completely inedible.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Service, atmosphere, food quality and taste

Absolutely awful service . Do NOT come here. Food came before drinks and manager never came to the table after we requested to speak to him. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks. We asked for our checks at 8 pm and didn’t get them until 8:20. Once we gave our credit cards it took more than 15 minutes to get them back. Food was cold when we received it.

Pros:

Nothing

Ate here as DVC members on 5/15. Shoved in the back corner and completely ignored. Drinks never refreshed / no water no new drinks - nothing. Sat for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were here. Used to be one of our favorite restaurants - definitely not the same. Also would not accept the DVC discount just so you know.

Pros:

Food

Cons:

Terrible service , no dis punt, no service - thirsty and no option for dessert. One of the most ridiculous dining experiences I’ve ever had ever

Do not go to dinner here. They do not understand the word reservation. The food is served cold and our evening plans were ruined because we waited almost 2 hours for our food.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Slow slow slow. Just a very poorly managed establishment.

We dined here on 10/11/2013,had a great table facing the water. I was with my husband and 2 children 22, and 20. We LOVED IT....the atmosphere was fun (dj playing on the other side) but not crazy. We ordered drinks, chips and salsa to start. My husband had the paradiso burger, I had surf and turf, my son had a burrito, daughter had enchiladas. The food was excellent..to be honest I was iffy reading some mixed reviews. the service was good. Everyone around us was having a great time also.

Pros:

good food, lively atmosphere, multi age range

Cons:

Paradiso 37 is a last resort restaurant when you've struck out trying to get reservations literally anywhere else. My family of 5 ate their on a busy Disney Springs day and we should have known better because we got right in. The server was very kind but the food was just down right horrible. The meat on the nachos was so overcooked it was dry and crunchy and the other dishes were incredibly salty.

Pros:

Kind staff, air conditioning on a hot day, clean restrooms

Cons:

the food. just, don't.

Only place in Disney Springs available Should have gone elsewhere. Paid way too much for mediocre food. Chunks of pale lettuce in salad, tough meat, unidentifiable filling in quesadillas, large chunks of fried fish in tacos (and condiments not as described). Will never return.

Pros:

Reservation available

Cons:

Price, quality

THE FIRST THING I WANT TO SAY IS CHECK YOUR BILL CLOSELY. Ours had multiple mistakes. We were supposed to get a 20% DVC discount and they only took off about 2% until I called them on it. Also my sister-in-law was billed for a New York Strip steak even though she had a skirt steak. My glass of reposada which was listed on the menu as $14 was charged at $18.I ate here with my wife and sister-in-law on 6/4/16. We had reservations and were seated quickly. The waitress was personable and attentive. It was so loud we had to practically yell in order to be heard. There were several large groups around us including one with obnoxious drunks. The waitress brought our drinks and nachos quickly but it went downhill from there. My burrito was mostly dough and the steak inside was tough. My sister-in-law ordered rare skirt steak and they brought out a well done sirloin. The waitress took it back and appeared embarrassed.

Pros:

nachos, margaritas, and tequila menu

Cons:

loud, congested, errors in billing

This trip was mine and my girlfriends first holiday abroad together. I have been an avid fan of Disney over the years, and would class myself as a more experienced customer. On the other hand, this was my girlfriend's first visit. In true style, I wanted to take her to the very best restaurants for evening meals to leave a lasting impression.

P37 is a restaurant that I myself have never dined at, however the reviews online led us to this 'hidden gem'. How mistaken that catchphrase really is...

It took the 'front-of-house' staff member 3 attempts at 3 different tables before she found us something 'acceptable'. By that time we had done a few laps around and up and down the place and in desperate need of a drink! It was disappointing however, and some may disagree here, but drinking out of plastic cups is something I would rather not do while out for an evening meal.

Our waiter soon became waylaid with a party of 12 who he was serving next to us, I think he had forgotten all about us if I am honest.

Our final destination for seating was tucked away in a tight corner in front of a service elevator - not an ideal spot if you ask me! for most of the meal, all we could see was the back of the head waiter's head as he stood right in front of us - overseeing his employees run around frantically.

The starters eventually came and were rather nice - mac and cheese bites and the steak quesadillas. It was a rather long wait until our main turned up, so long in fact that the party of 12 that arrived after us surprisingly received theirs first!

When ours did eventually turn up, extra sides we had ordered were missing. By this point we realised the place wasn't living up to its internet 'reputation'.

The burgers were very 'average' and didn't taste any better than something I could grill on my George Foreman lean mean fat grilling machine back home here in England.

Atmosphere was very brash, loud, rowdy and somewhat unpleasant. I understand that this is open to interpretation, but surely when you are having a meal the last thing you want to do is compete with the rest of the restaurant to have a conversation with your partner.

Overall, very poor :/ would not go back again.

Pros:

Genuinely struggling to think of any

Cons:

Loud, Brash, poor seating, poor service, overpriced
