No longer Magical! Save your time and get an Uber. Second trip in a row, we are within 2 minutes of our resort, and the bus makes a uturn to go to a resort 20 minutes away! No rhyme or logic. Add 25 minutes it took to get on the bus after checking in and it’s a complete waste of time! 🙁

Just take an Uber. When you are on the bus and it passes your resort to drop off people on the opposite side of the city so you are on the bus for 1 hr plus 30 minute wait instead of the 25 min drive. Don’t waste your time

I've been waiting in line for the last 90 minutes and I'm not getting on anytime soon. I understand there is a pandemic, but this is ridiculous. I wish I would have paid for an Uber. We did not have this issue before. Little by little Disney keeps taking things away and giving terrible service. I can't imagine they'll be able to compete with Universal.

They put us on a bus then took us off, put us on another bus then took us off even though it was stopping at the spot attached to my hotel. Finally put us on the correct bus, very rude woman at the desk, bad customer service skills. Do not recommend.

The transportation itself is very nice and comfortable. Unless you catch it at just the right time on arrival, it can be very time-consuming. On your return, the service demands you leave your resort far too early.

I loved these busses to use as a former of transportation. They are comfortable and the filming shown was always appreciated. The drivers were always friendly. I'm very sorry this service is no longer available.

While it is listed as free perk I always believed the cost was somehow contained in you vacation price.

This was such a great way to travel with kids to get to the Walt Disney World Resort. Not having to deal with your luggage was a huge stress relief. My kids were so excited to see the Disney employees with their Mickey gloves on welcoming us for our vacation in the airport.

So said this is going away. Our family loves it. The first week of May we waited for about 15 min. From scanning magic ban till pulling out so was very pleased.
