This was a great event and we'd do it again in a second. We did have a bit of difficulty figuring out where to get our wristbands (we asked 4 cast members, 3 of whom all gave us a different answer and one didn't even know the event was happening) but finally found the ticket booth by the fountain near the old Starring Rolls Bakery. Once the event started, we noticed the cast members being extremely diligent checking bands. In 3 hours, we rode slinky dog coaster twice (each time was about 15 min wait), rockin roller coaster 4 times, star tours twice, tower of terror four times, saw Hollywood Minnie, Sorcerer Mickey, rode Toy Story Mania three times and had two rounds of ice cream bars, soda and popcorn. There was a fantastic photopass photographer taking family pictures in front of the large Woody at the entrance of Toy Story Land. Lines were a bit long for the Toy Story characters, at least 20 minutes (likely longer) but the rest of the event was very minimal waits. Hope to attend this same event at the other parks and really hope this continues to be a limited guest event.

These kinds of events seem to be the future. We went to two of the "free" early magic hour mornings, which were disasters. Both mornings (one at Epcot and one at Magic Kingdom), several key rides were down and crowds were so crushing that by the time we got through the second resort/wristband check inside the park, the hour was over. I hate paying for lower waits but this After Hours event was much better than the Disney hotel guest magic hours (which really are not a perk for guests anymore, just a way to crowd control for Disney).

very minimal waits!

a bit disorganized at first, differing info about wristbands and $$$
