We went here for breakfast as a party of nine on 6/10/17. I don't know what happened to this place, but the food was nothing like the other reviewers experience. The pastry tray consisted of a plate with four store-bought pastries, and this was for 9 people! I ordered the vegetable quiche and it arrived on a plate, not as a pie. It was incredibly bland, no taste whatsoever. It came with a slice of what I think was fried bread, but it just tasted like oil. The people who had the Croissant Doughnut said it was so sweet and tough they couldn't finish it. They must have been joking when they named the Feast a la Gaston. Extremely small portions and the sausages were uneatable. This is what happens when a place becomes popular and they let the food quality slide. Everyone went away hungry after spending $30.

This was terribly unmagical, impersonable and disappointing.
Quick service here is basically worse than resort. $28 flat fee adult, $15 flat kids. The “Gaston” is the breakfast platter you can get at any resort minus the waffles/pancake option replaced by a weak fruit cup. Order on kiosk, enter cavernous dining area with some decor, find a dirty table and stand guard until someone cleans it for you. Get your own drinks and silverware. Then the poor staff has to walk table to table on a treasure hunt to match the food in their trolley to the reviews they have to read. The danish plate came with the food, and shock! Was day old at best. Waited 180 days for this. Boo Disney. What would Walt think.
Pros:
Im sorry I have none. It just wasn’t done to impress. Just make a buck.Cons:
Resort meal at more than double the prices. Long wait. Stale cold food. Unimpressive dining hall “castle”. Beast room very dark, cold, and just a hologram rose.Reviewed by Rwbuhl Review Date: 04/08/2016

1st time I ate there. I made a reservation at 12:30 so I could sit and rest after standing in lines all morning. When I got there I had to stand in line to confirm my reservation and get a menu (5 min.). I then stood in line to get into the restaurant (10 min.). I got in the building and stood in line for 15+ minutes to get to a kiosk to place my order. I stood in a shorter line for Space Mountain. I then had to get my own drink. Then I had to walk around to find a table. Had to get my own drink refills. Fries were cold and the bread was chewy. Roastbeef without the bun was excellent. With people walking around looking for tables made you feel rushed. Park crowd was moderate. If you want a place to get off your feet and relax, I would look elsewhere!
Pros:
Had roast beef for lunch. Tender and tasty.Cons:
Cold fries and 3 lines to get to hunt for a table!Reviewed by NattyAnn Review Date: 04/09/2020

This place is all about atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful. However, everything is downhill from there. Breakfast here was so chaotic. There were too many people shoved in there like cattle to enjoy anything. Finding a place to sit was near impossible. Tables were not being turned (we had to clean a table off ourselves to have a place to sit). The staff seemed overworked and they just were not the friendliest. Ordering the food using the kiosks was buggy, especially when on the food plan. The food tasted ok. The pastries were bland and dry. Portions were small. You are paying to eat in the Beast's castle, not for the food or service.
Pros:
It is a pretty environment.Cons:

Breakfasted here in April 2018. We'd been here before for breakfast and had good experiences. We really wanted to be in the Magic Kingdom before it opened to be positioned in Fantasyland for rope drop so we ate here again. This time was quite disappointing. We all ordered the open-faced bacon and egg sandwich - \"poached eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, brie and arugula\". All of our eggs were cooked as hard as rocks. Not the way anyone would ever expect to receive poached eggs. And they weren't seasoned. Like I said, pretty disappointing. The atmosphere was beautiful and we finished eating in time to line up outside the restaurant to \"be early in line\" for Seven Dwarves Mine Train (note you can't leave the restaurant and get right in line before the park officially opens but you queue up right outside the restaurant - still a huge advantage from people on Main St. waiting for the rope to drop). Got to ride that with no wait (and by the time we got off the ride the wait was at 65 minutes) so that helped make up for the dismal food. We'd try this place again but next time if the food comes out that bad, we'd send it back because it was quite an expensive breakfast ($25 a person and since you don't get a lot for the money, it should at least be cooked well and taste good). Service was a miss, too. Even if we'd wanted to complain, there was no one around. And I should add that three breakfasts came out pretty quick. The fourth didn't come out for at least 20 minutes later.
Pros:
atmosphere, advantage to being in the park early near FantasylandCons:

Food was ok but not worth the price, you are paying for the theming of the restaurant. We had the Feast a la Gaston, came out hot and there was plenty on the plate.
Service was ok, we had a problem when we checked in for our reservation and were charged for not showing up but a phone call to billing and it was sorted ASAP.
Pros:
Service was ok Food hot The section we sat in, the library was less noisy than the other rooms especially the ballroom.Cons:
