Aulani, the Disney Vacation Club in Hawaii, is adding a "Menehune Mischief" character dinner to Makahiki restaurant on select dates throughout January 2016. The meal will feature an unspecified assortment of Disney character appearances during the buffet dinner. The buffet menu options include Jonah Crab Claws, Prime Rib of Beef with Hawaiian Salt Crust and Grilled Island Fish with Liliko'i Sauce. Character meal dates and times are as follows: January 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 25, and 28: 5-6 p.m. (photo ops begin at 4:45 p.m.); January 20: 5-9:30 p.m. (photo ops begin at 4:45 p.m.) The cost is $47 per adult (age 10+) and $21 for kids age 9 and under. Disneyland Resort Debuts Incredicoaster as Pixar Pier Opens June 23

Pixar Pier opens at Disney California Adventure on June 23. The area will include two re-imagined attractions: the Incredicoaster and Pixar Pal-A-Round, as well as the new Lamplight Lounge restaurant. There will be several new quick service dining locations: Jack-Jack's Cookie Num Num's, Poultry Palace, Senor Buzz Churros, and Angry Dogs. Tickets are still available for the Pixar Pier Premiere party on June 22, where guests will get an advance look at the new area and an opportunity to experience attractions, entertainment and the new food offerings. EDITOR'S NOTE: AllEar's.net's Jeanine Yamanaka and Laura Gilbreath will be attending the Pixar Pier media event on June 21-22, so watch for their tweets and updates.
