Expedia is assisting customers who have booked an Expedia Special Rate hotel and would like to change or cancel their plans. Hotel-related cancellation or change fees will be waived as long Expedia is notified prior to the scheduled arrival time. This applies to customers who have booked travel from August 31 through September 7 whose travel is affected by Frances.
