New Orleans Gumbo - A rich flavorful stew with chicken, andouille sausage, and tasso ham served with Louisiana popcorn rice.

Shrimp Boil Cocktail - diced shrimp tossed with a spiced cocktail sauce, served atop potato, corn and red onion relish

Entrees

- Choice of one of the following:

Portobello Mushroom and Louisiana Popcorn Rice - served with roasted corn, sun-dried tomato and bell pepper macque choux, sauteed spinach, and balsamic reduction

Royal Street Seafood Jambalaya - A robust combination of shrimp, sustainable fish, tasso ham, andouille sausage and chicken, and Louisiana popcorn rice.

Pan-Seared Salmon - Served with caramelized onion and goat cheese mashed potatoes, arugula and crispy onions, sauteed spinach and blood orange buerre blanc

Citrus-marinated Chicken Breast - oven-roasted, served with bacon and sweet pea risotto, haricots verts, and sun-dried tomato-mustard jus

Herb Panko-Crusted Rack of Lamb - Served with caramelized oion and goat cheese mashed potatoes, feta cheese, and rosemary jus.

Slow-Roasted Beef Strip Loin - Carved to order, with crispy shoestring onions, Blue Bayou au gratin potatoes, seasonal vegetables and green peppercorn Armagnac sauce

Broiled Filet Mignon - with Blue Bayou au gratin potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Bearnaise sauce

Surf & Turf - Petite Pacific Northwest lobster tail and broiled filet mignon, blue bayou au gratin potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Bearnaise sauce
