Louisiana Crab Cakes - fire roasted corn-black bean salsa, horseradish cream, chili oil. $12

Shrimp Remoulade and Fried Green Tomatoes - applewood smoked bacon, crumbled egg, New Orleans remoulade sauce. $10

Barbecue Gulf Shrimp - "New Orleans" barbecue sauce, French bread croutons. $110

Crispy Creole Calamari - Dusted in seasoned breadcrumbs, fried and served with Parmesan cheese and a Creole marinara. $10

Coconut Gulf Shrimp - pineapple mango salsa and Tabasco pepper jelly sauce. $11

Blackened Chicken Spring Rolls - Blackened Chicken breast, caramelized onions, fire roasted corn, Napa cabbage & pepper jack cheese, in a crispy wonton wrapper. Served with Creole honey mustard and avocado mousse. $10

Filet Mignon Muffuletta - Julienne of filet mignon on baked rosemary ciabatta bread, with hothouse tomatoes, marinated olive salad and provolone cheese. $10

Roman Garlic Bread - Fresh ciabatta bread, basil, and fresh mozzarella cheese, baked & served with a spicy puree of roasted garlic and olive oil. $8

Louisiana Soup of the Day - Chef's selection of the freshest ingredients cooked with a Louisiana flair. $8

Gumbo Ya-Ya - Chicken and andouille, smothered in dark roux and Creole seasonings, served with rice. $9

Creole Onion Soup - Caramelized sweet onions in a savory broth garnished with croutons and Parmesan cheese. $8

French Quarter Salad - Mixed greens with a cider vinaigrette, candied pecans and cherry tomatoes. $8

Baby Arugula & Goat Cheese Salad - yellow teardrop tomatoes, fried goat cheese, watermelon croutons, lemon-thyme vinaigrette. $9

Pasta Jambalaya - A twist on a New Orleans favorite! Gulf shrimp, andouille sausage and roasted chicken tossed with spinach fettuccine and Creole seasonings. $23

Seafood Jambalaya - Gulf shrimp, yellow tail, Prince Edward Island mussels, andouille sausage, white rice, and aromatic vegetables. $24

Rainbow Trout & Blue Crab Almandine - pan roasted, popcorn rice pilaf, green beans, toasted almond-lemon butter sauce. $25

Gulf Shrimp Crusted Yellowtail - Pontalba potatoes, mushroom fricassee, chipotle-red bell pepper cream sauce $19

Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli - Housemade pasta pockets filled with Maine lobster and Gulf shrimp, tossed in a champagne butter sauce. Finished with pan roasted shrimp & a tomato basil relish. $25
