Operating, Parade and Fireworks Hours at Disneyland

Disneyland generally publishes operating hours 1-3 months in advance; always with the caveat that they are subject to change.

Operating hours are seasonal. During peak visiting periods, such as holidays, winter and spring breaks, and summertime, the parks are open the longest. At these times Disneyland is generally open daily from 8:00 a.m. until midnight, and Disney's California Adventure (DCA) is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Winter break is the week before and week after Christmas, and spring break is typically the week before and week after Easter.

Since Disneyland draws much of its attendance from the heavily populated southern California area the weekends are the busiest times, and even during the off-season the parks are open for longer hours on weekends. Typical Friday and Sunday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for Disneyland, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for DCA. On almost any Saturday of the year Disneyland will be open from 8:00 a.m. until midnight, and DCA will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

On non-holiday weekdays during the off-season (September after Labor Day through May) the parks have shorter hours – typically 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for Disneyland and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for DCA.
