Hidden Mickey Hunt Disney Wonder Cruise Ship

Steve leads a Hidden Mickey tour on the Disney WonderDepending on how you count them, about 48 or more Hidden Mickeys and other Hidden Characters are described below.

Guest Services on the Disney Wonder will give you "The Mickey Challenge", a list of 14 Hidden Mickeys to find. The clues on "The Mickey Challenge" are set to rhyme. An official answer sheet is kept behind the Guest Services counter. All of the Hidden Mickeys in "The Mickey Challenge", except for number 3, are included below. (Number 3 was painted over and lost).

Some of the Hidden Mickeys in "The Mickey Challenge" seem more like décor Mickeys, but I included them below anyway since they were on the Disney list.

1. A relief design of Mickey Mouse in diving goggles is on a wall in the terminal area before boarding the ship.

2. Inside the staterooms, classic (three-circle) Mickeys are repeated along the bottom of lampshades.

3. Visible from Deck 10 aft, a colorful three-quarter profile of Mickey Mouse's face is on the bottom of Mickey's Children's Pool. His big hand holds up a water slide.

4. The circular Mickey's Children's Pool, along with nearby circles at the bottom of the staircases, comes close to forming a classic Mickey.

5. From Deck 10 midship, walk up the stairs (or take the elevator) to Aloft. A classic Mickey is on a wall above an inside door.

6. Return to Deck 10 by stairs or elevator. Visible from the Wide World of Sports area, a large classic Mickey is cut out of the bow of the ship.

7. Descend to Deck 5 forward by stairs or elevator. Walk to the nearby portside hallway to some photos on the wall. A full figure painting of Mickey Mouse standing at a ship's wheel is in one of the photos near the right end.

8. Another painting of Mickey Mouse in side profile and driving a jet ski is in one of the photos.

9. Inside Disney's Oceaneer Club, Deck 5 midship, Mickey's gloved hands cover a ship's wheel upstairs and to the right.

10. On the ceiling of Disney's Oceaneer Club, Mickey Mouse's full figure is outlined in points of light.

11. Inside the Buena Vista Theater, Deck 5 aft, classic Mickey designs are in the side walls and the borders of the stage.

12. Go down to Deck 4 aft by stairs or elevator. Inside the Animator's Palate Restaurant, a classic Mickey is just inside the main entrance on the left wall.

13. On a wall inside Shutters, a photo shows the classic Mickey-shaped sand trap at the sixth green of the Magnolia Golf Course at Walt Disney World.

14. Just inside Studio Sea is a tall, gold statue of Mickey Mouse.

15. Along the wall outside Studio Sea, one of the picture window displays has a classic Mickey-shaped lock.

16. A full figure of Mickey Mouse wearing a sailor's hat is etched on the glass entrance door to Mickey's Mates shop, Deck 4 forward.

17. Just inside the hall entrance to Mickey's Mates, Goofy holds a rope with a classic Mickey.

18. Inside Mickey's Mates shop, a full figure Mickey Mouse in a blue uniform salutes guests.

19. Outside Parrot Cay Restaurant on Deck 3 aft, classic Mickeys are on the smokestacks of a cruise ship in a painting on the wall near the stairs.

20. During the Christmas holiday season, a gingerbread house on Deck 3 in the hall between Parrot Cay and Triton's Restaurants usually has three or more classic Mickeys on the outside walls and near the front door.

21. At Triton's Restaurant on Deck 3 midship, classic Mickeys are in the front door and in the outer glass wall.

22. Classic characters are repeated in the design of the staircase handrails outside Triton's Restaurant.

23. Classic characters are also in the relief design of the horizontal friezes around the area in front of Triton's Restaurant.

24. The scrollwork near the Atrium elevators across from Triton's Restaurant has classic Mickeys.

25. Viewed from near the elevators, the Atrium chandelier above has a classic Mickey.

26. Mickey Mouse's hands appear twice in a corner wall display outside Triton's Restaurant.

27. Classic characters are in another picture window wall display near the Atrium.

28. Near this picture window, the mural behind the Guest Services (or Shore Excursions) counter has a classic Mickey.

29. The front of this Shore Excursions counter has classic Mickey circles.

30. Walk down the stairway (or take the elevator) to Deck 2 midship. Mickey Mouse's name as "Steamboat Willie" is on a Conference Room door behind the elevators.

31. Walk back up the stairs (or take the elevator) to Deck 3 midship. A classic Mickey is in the mural behind the other Guest Services counter.

32. The front of this counter to the far left has classic Mickey circles.

33. Walk to Deck 3 forward. Records on the floor in front of and inside WaveBands form classic Mickeys.

34. Inside Cadillac Lounge on the front wall mural, classic Mickey lights are at the middle and lower section of the mural below the tallest building.

35. In a painting on the wall halfway up the Deck 3 forward stairs, the figure of Donald Duck is on a car.

36. Pluto is on another car in a painting on this same wall.
