Having grown up in the Southern California area and visiting Disneyland many, many times a year, it was quite a "Twilight Zone"-like experience to enter the Magic Kingdom for the first time. At Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, the show opened in 1993 (though other sources claim 1994) and delighted guests until its final performance on August 15, 2006.
