What is Included in this Adventure by Disney?

at the airport in Jackson Hole, the Adventures by Disney Guide will
take care of you and your luggage to the hotel.

Disney has taken care of certain tips and gratuities for all
included meals and activities such as tips for porters, housekeepers,
drivers, activity providers, local experts, and dining room staff for
included meals.

What
is NOT Included in this Adventure by Disney Price?
You
must pay for your travel TO the Jackson Hole Airport, WY. Once
at the airport in Jackson Hole, the Adventures by Disney Guide will
get you and your luggage to the hotel. You must pay for your travel
home from the Jackson Hole Airport once the tour is over.
Activities
During
periods that you are "on your own" you pay for any
activities you may choose to participate in.
Meals
On
this Adventure most of the meals (and gratuities) are included in
the price.
The following meals are NOT included:
Day One: Arrival Day - Only Dinner is part of the Adventure
Day Two: Dinner
Day Four: Dinner
Day Seven: Departure Day - Only Breakfast is part of the Adventure
Gratuities
Gratuities
for your Adventures Guides are not included. If
you feel that your Adventure Guides have provided excellent service,
the following discretionary gratuity is suggested: Per Guest/Per Adventure
Guide/Per Day - $5-$8. For example: For a 7-day adventure, the Adventure
Guide gratuity per guest, per Adventure Guide: $35-$56.

Day 2: After
Breakfast and Before Lunch - time to explore Jackson Hole;
Day 2: Dinner and evening on your own.
Day 4: Dinner and Evening on your own in Yellowstone
Is this
Adventure Considered Strenuous?
While this
adventure is not considered strenuous, the adventure takes place at
altitudes of approximately 6,300 feet to 9,500 feet. This adventure
includes whitewater rafting (Classes I-III), horseback riding, and a
hike in the Tetons National Park that consists of a steady uphill ascent
with an approximate 500' elevation gain (and loss on the descent) on
a surface of packed dirt with occasional loose stones and exposed tree
roots. One may choose a shorter option on the same trail. Guests should
feel comfortable spending time exploring the outdoors. While nearly
all of the trip's featured activities are gentle if examined separately,
the full range of activities requires a moderate amount of stamina in
order to get the most of your vacation.
If there
is a particular activity you do not wish to participate in, an optional
activity is generally (but not always) provided. For instance, on
the Southwest Splendors Adventure, those who did not wish to hike
to Delicate Arch had a bus tour of Arches National Park.
Tour Arrive
and Departure Times:
Arrival:
Adventures by Disney will pick us up from Jackson Hole Airport (JAC).
Your flight should arrive no later than 4:00 p.m.
On the
2007 Southwest Adventure, we waited at the airport for everyone in
our tour group to arrive and then we all got on the bus and began
our trip. On departure day, the entire group was dropped off at the
airport via our Adventure bus.
Departure:
On the final day of the itinerary, Adventures by Disney will transfer
you to Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). Your flight should leave no earlier
than 11:00 a.m.
