Monsieur Paul in Epcot’s France Pavilion Launches Secret “Special Discovery Menu”

Ssssh! We have a secret… starting Friday, July 19, Monsieur Paul, in the France pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase,  will be offering a limited-time menu that is such a good deal, the only way you can get it is by asking for it!

The restaurant’s secret “Special Discovery Menu” is a four-course, prix fixe deal available just until September 27.

For $59.00 (taxes not included, no substitutions), here’s what the menu offers.

You start with an amuse-bouche:

Cocktail maison et amuse-bouche
Amuse bouche served with Monsieur Paul’s Cocktail

Your appetizer course is:

Soupe de cresson, quenelle de poisson, petits légumes, croutons
Cold watercress soup, fish quenelle, vegetables, croutons

OR

Tarte de saumon fume et ricotta, coulis de roquette, légumes au vinaigre
Smoked salmon and ricotta tart, arugula coulis, marinated vegetables

Your entree:

Vivaneau rôti, calamar farci, crevette grillée, ratatouille, bouillon de poisson tomaté
Roasted red snapper, stuffed calamari, grilled shrimp, ratatouille, fish and tomato stock

OR

Poitrine de canard glacée aux pèches, savarin sale, navets glaces, purée de radis au beurre noisette, jus de canard
Peach glazed duck breast, savory savarin, baby turnip, radish puree with brown butter, duck jus

And your dessert course:

Vacherin classique
Meringue, vanilla ice cream, raspberry sorbet, vanilla Chantilly, raspberry coulis

OR

Moelleux tiède au chocolat et aux amandes, coulis de framboises au centre, croustillant de noisettes, crème glacée à la noisette
Warm chocolate almond cake with raspberry coulis in the center, hazelnut crust, hazelnut ice cream

We don’t know about you, but those sound like delicious decisions to have to make!

Remember, this special secret menu is only available until September 27, and to take advantage of it, you have to remember to ask for it specifically!
