A couple of weeks ago, I talked about taking candid photos of my family at Walt Disney World. There is another group of people I enjoy photographing. They are the wonderful Disney Cast Members. As guests, we encounter Cast Members everywhere from the Orlando Airport to the Disney Cruise Line. Being on stage, they are more than happy to be in a photo or help in taking one.
For instance, a Cast Member greeting guests outside Walt Disney Presents in Disney’s Hollywood Studios noticed me as I was taking photos of the attraction’s marquee. He said my photo needed a proper presentation.

Traveling around Epcot’s World Showcase, I came upon a trio of international Cast Members showing their pride and talking with guests in front of the Germany pavilion. They were very happy to pose for me with their props.

On a day at sea sailing on the Disney Dream, my family enjoyed the famous Palo Brunch. My tea-loving daughter was thrilled when asking for some tea, our Cast Member brought out a whole service. After she selected the tea she wanted, he prepared it for her.

While attending a breakfast buffet in the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom, the Cast Member serving us spent some time with the baby boy in our party while his mom went to get food.

While Disney Resorts and Cruise Ships are amazing on their own, it is the Cast Members who add the real magic. Do not forget them when photographing your Disney trips.
