Refurbishment Tarps Removed from Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle

Refurbishment work started in January on Disneyland’s iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle. During much of that time the Castle has been “under wraps” — until today!

The refurbishment of the Castle is part of “Project Stardust,” to prepare the park for the May 31 opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.  Learn more about “Project Stardust” here.

The Castle Walkthrough has not reopened yet, the Disneyland website is still showing the first date with hours as May 28. We would anticipate the construction walls around the Castle would be down by then as well.
