A Guide to Eating Healthy at Disney Springs Quick-Service Spots

Recently we posted our guide to eating healthy within the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. We were so excited to hear positive reviews, and were asked for a similar list for Disney Springs!

Welcome to Disney Springs!

We’ve put together this guide to healthy eating at the Quick Service Dining locations. Whether you’re still struggling to keep that New Year’s resolution, or just want to eat a little lighter, we think these are the healthiest restaurants and menu options at Disney Springs overall. Disney Springs has added so many new dining options throughout its re-imagining over the last few years, that you’re sure to find something delicious that meets any diet!

Overall Healthiest Spots

Wolfgang Puck Express

Turkey Cobb Salad at Wolfgang Puck Express

Wolfgang Puck Express is located in the Marketplace, near the Disney’s Days of Christmas shop. It’s a delicious spot and most of the menu is relatively healthy! For lighter options, try one of their many salads, such as the Roasted Turkey Cobb or the Baby Spinach & Quinoa, or sandwiches like the Whole Wheat Hummus Wrap or the Chicken Aioli. For something a little heartier, we recommend the Oven Baked Salmon, served with Cauliflower Puree, Marinated Tomatoes and Broccolini. Yum!

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza

Blaze Pizza

Pizza? Healthy? Is that possible?! Yes it is! Of course, healthy is relative, but Blaze really does have great lighter options. They have delicious side salads that can also be made into entrees by adding protein. The main draw is of course, pizza. There are specialty pizzas on the menu, but we recommend building your own. Select lean protein like chicken, add tons of veggies, go light on the cheese, and you’ve got yourself a tasty and relatively healthy pie! Gluten-free dough is also available for those needing it. The pizzas are small enough to eat one individually, but if you can share a pizza and grab a side salad, you’re looking at a delicious and nutritious meal!

Chicken Guy!

Chicken Guy Grilled Tenders

A chicken tender restaurant doesn’t seem like the likely spot for a good healthy meal, but we promise it is! While there are a fair amount of rich, calorie-dense options, any entree served with fried chicken, can also be made with their delicious grilled tenders! We recommend the tenders that come in three or five, along with your choice of two dipping sauces. For an even healthier meal, avoid the mayo-based sauces. Also available at Chicken Guy are salads packed with flavor like the Southwestern with Grilled Tenders and Charred Corn, Slaw, Roasted Peppers, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Grilled Scallions and Crispy Tortilla Strips, served with Cumin Lime Mojo and Chipotle Ranch Sauces. As Chicken Guy founder Guy Fieri would say, welcome to Flavortown!

  1. Thanks for good advice. It’s nice that you listed possibilities beyond salads, which get boring day after day. For the first time, we’ll be staying at an off-site resort and won’t be on the dining plan, so your suggestions are welcome.

  2. Disney Springs is certainly a food paradise. There’s something tasty for every type foodie. I remember the quaint, layed back Disney Shopping Village from the early 80s. Loved that place, but the only place to eat there was Capt Jacks Oyster Bar. Times have changed.
