  1. Are you still sending out the weekly newsletter? I usually receive it in my inbox on Tuesdays, didn’t receive this weeks’,yet

    1. Hi Kathleen! Yes, the newsletters are still being sent every Tuesday. You may want to check your junk/spam folder to see if maybe they’re going in there.

  2. I absolutely love y’all. I have never written a review but watch your YouTube videos whenever we are headed to Disney. My kids know Molly’s and Quincys voice before they see the screen!! Keep up the fabulous work!!

  3. I have been using AllEars for many years. You have helped me to plan many trips. The new AllEars promises to be even better. I hope you are here for many years to come!

  4. I’ve always felt that I could find information fairly quickly on any topic on your site. It’s my go to for food reviews 🙂 Love Molly’s videos <3

  5. I really like this layout and as always, thank you for all the content. I have loved this site since 2002, and always look around at the menus, reviews, room pics and news updates. More recently i have found your instagram account – which I love as well.

  6. I have been a fan of AllEars since 2000 and it’s been a while since I’ve been on the site. When I logged on this morning it was, Wow. Love the new bolder look. I find it interesting some of the negative comments to the change are from people who are confusing this site with some other Disney planning sites. Change is good and every site should be a work in progress. I am looking forward to browsing around the new site. I know this has been a labor of love for many of those involved. You will still be my go to Disney site.

  7. I’m a Travel Agent and Allears has been my “bible” since it was WDWINFO. I always include a link for my clients in all of my Disney quotes.I just hopped over here to look up the price of a 4 Day non PH
It’s taken me long enough that I don’t have the time to invest. I’m going to look at another site for the info. With this layout it looks like just a news site. If I can’t navigate it I’m not comfortable referring clients. There are plenty Disney news sites out there I liked that Allears layout gave you quick access to information.

    1. Hi Lynn,

Sorry you’re having trouble navigating the site. Did you try to use the search function? When I search on “ticket price”, I get the link to our Ticket Price Chart in the search results.

      http://allears.net/walt-disney-world/wdw-planning/walt-disney-world-ticket-prices/

The issue now, though, is that since Disney World has moved to date-based pricing, there is not one single price for a 4-day park hopper — the price will depend on the date of travel plus whether any add-ons are purchased. That has made it impractical for us to create a chart with every combination of options, so we have just listed the basic price for a 1-day ticket. As I have said before, AllEars.net is constantly changing and updating to make it more useful for our readers, so please keep exploring and checking back. And always feel free to ask if you have a question — we’re happy to help point you in the right direction if there’s something specific you can’t find. Thanks so much!

        1. Jody, are you on your desktop or mobile? On your desktop, the search is located in the upper right corner of the page — represented by a little magnifying glass. On mobile, you should see a blue bar across the top of the screen that says “Main Menu.” If you click on that, you’ll get a drop-down menu, and you’ll see the magnifying glass at the bottome of that list — that’s the search function. Hope this helps!

    1. Hi Janice,

It looks like you reported the AllEars newsletter as “SPAM” on December 4. Several AOL users have done this accidentally in the past — reporting the newsletter as spam, instead of just deleting it. Once you do that, you are automatically unsubscribed, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do due to anti-spam regulations. You will have to re-subscribe yourself to continue receiving the newsletter. Email me at [email protected] if you need further help.

  8. Hate it! Sorry, but whenever I try to look at anything I spend half my time switching off adverts. Its cluttered and messy. Also a lot of your info seems out of date now-just looked at POFQ page hoping to see a renovated room and the latest photo blog is from 2011!

    1. Hi, sorry to hear you’re finding the ads distracting. As it always has been, AllEars.Net is a work in progress — like Walt Disney World itself. We’re trying to figure out the best way to make the site work with modern audiences. Please check back as we are continually tweaking and changing things. And if there’s something in particular that you’re searching for, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line — we’ll be glad to help you find the info you need. For example, we ran a post on the renovated French Quarter rooms just a few months ago:
      http://allears.net/2018/10/02/port-orleans-french-quarter-renovated-rooms/
Thanks for pointing out that it wasn’t linked properly on the French Quarter fact sheet — I’ll take care of that now.
Thanks for taking the time to write and Happy New Year!

  9. Still struggling to find my way around the new look of the website and will eventually get there, I’ll give it my best shot. How do I find the archived articles in the blog section that I have not read yet and would still like to read and any articles listed on your home page that I would like to go back and read?

    1. Hi Patti!

I’m not sure I know what you mean when you say “archived articles”? If you go here http://allears.net/blogs/ you’ll see our main sections: Disney and Florida News, Steve Barrett’s Hidden Mickeys, the AllEars Team Blog, the AllEars Guest Columns, Disneyland Blog, the Picture This! Photo Blog and Deb Wills blog. If you click on the main heading for each, you will then get a list of all the entries that have been posted. Is that what you’re looking for? If there’s a particular topic that you’re looking for, you can always use the search function — you’ll find the search “magnifying glass” icon in the upper right corner of each page. If you’re having trouble, please feel free to write again, or send us an email via our contact form — you’ll find a “Contact Us” link at the top and bottom of every page. Hope this helps!

  10. There are too many ads constantly popping up while you trying to read the information on this new site. They flash and change, and it is very distracting. The old site was somewhat outdated looking, but a much more pleasant experience. I don’t think I will be coming back to this site as much as I used to. I can’t stand to be on it for too long.

  11. Love the new site. Have used Allears for years and recommend it to everyone I know. The only con is the ads that constantly pop up, so annoying!

  12. Having a hard time navigating this new site. While I love the new look, it’s actually harder to find the info I was so used to looking for earlier. The search is no help as it only provides links that I have to click on and if it’s not right, I have to back out. I need info FAST regarding guests with disabilities and it’s not immediately searchable like it was before.

  13. Sorry don’t like it and will probably use it a lot less-the reason being I get ads constantly popping up at the bottom of the page which is driving me nuts! I don’t know why this is doing it on the new site, I never had this issue on the old one

    1. So sorry to hear you’re finding the ads distracting. As it always has been, AllEars.Net is a work in progress. We’re trying to figure out the best way to make the site work with modern audiences. Thanks for taking the time to write!

  14. I love the new look. Allears has provided me the most important tips, tricks and Disney insight ocer the last eight years. My friends come to me for advice when starting the overwhelming yet exciting task of planning thier trip. First thing I recommend is signing up to receive the newsletter and to log onto the website! Now with the new and improved site it will be even easier for folks to find exactly what they are looking for. Keep up the great work.

  15. I love this site & have found it to be very helpful in planning our Disney vacations. I have also encouraged others to make use of the wealth of information you have available on your site that will help them in planning their Disney vacations as well!
We’ve had quite a few unmemorable experiences while at Disney too, but, those were certainly no fault of any information that was on this site! The staff at the Disney parks did nothing to accommodate my family for any of these inconveniences we experienced. As a result of all of the inconveniences we’ve experienced over the years, we’ve decided to not spend thousands of dollars to go back there again! I’ve been going to WDW since the year it first opened & have taken all 3 of my kids there while they were growing up. It seems like over the years that money takes precidence over customer satisfaction! Disney seems to not be too concerned about things that they do that might ruin a Disney vacation for a family. They just continue to raise their ticket prices!
Thank you for being a site that Disney has no control over it’s content! I read each & every issue you send to my inbox even if I may never take another Disney vacation.

  16. New website is a vast improvement – the old look was very haphazard looking and caused me to not frequent it as often as I would have liked to. This is much more organized and easier to navigate and find what you are looking for. Job well done!

  17. Hi , I finally got a chance to roam around the site. Looks fantastic ! I’ve been following Deb W and Debra K , recommending Allears.net since before 2009 . I’m so happy that this page is continuing to grow, even as Deb W. tries to retire . Looking forward to the Future of WDW and DL !

  18. Love the new look – I have used your site for many years in helping me plan my Disney vacations and I have referred many friends to check out your site when they plan theirs. I always find up to date information and new things coming to Disney….your site keeps me well informed. I love just navigating through it, makes me not as homesick while I wait for my next vacation to roll around. Going in January…can’t wait. Thank you for all you do !!!

  19. I just found the new site. I love it. The only problem is that I didn’t get the Tuesday Newsletter and I when I click on the subscribe button, nothing happens.I miss my Tuesday morning “Disney Magic”. Thanks.

  20. Just wanted to comment on the site and after reviewing , Love it , Our true Canadian Family my wife and I ( the kids 31 and 29 don’t just get it) will be looking forward to what’s next

  21. This awesome upgrade has made me realize that I have been getting these emails for a little over 17 years, I can’t even count the referrals and links I have sent to people over the years. Thank you for all you do to keep the magic alive!

  22. Looks good but it takes way too long to see if any new reviews have been added. You have to search every area to see if there is anything new. Too time consuming.

  23. Love the new look. I have been using All Ears for over 18 years and it’s brilliant. I am in the UK and have learnt so much about Disney that I never would have discovered otherwise. I can honestly say it has helped myself and my family make the most of our holidays (vacations !). The details for the menus are the best available and in most cases are more accurate than Disney themselves.

  24. The site looks great! I have used this site for over 15 years and I tell everyone I know to use it. The info is always right and everything you need to know to plan a trip to “The World” is right at your fingertips. Thanks for making such a great and informative site.

  25. Congratulations on the “new” version of AllEars! The new layout really pops, colorful and easy to navigate. You have taken the best source for Disney info and made it even better.

  26. What a nice surprise to wake up to. Can’t wait to navigate around the site. BEST information source for all things Disney!!!

  27. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the update when I logged on to the website. Spent a good bit roaming around and checking out the new details. I have used your site since 2007 and use it as my “go to” info site. I love the new changes and can’t wait to see what comes next. Haven’t open the app up yet, but I will the first chance I get. We will be back at WDW in December 2018 and starting to get excited as the dates get closer!!
