A view of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge from the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure
Crews working on installing scaffolding and on the wire mesh for the background spires.
Not a lot of visible progress on this area since last trip.
The parking structure project on the former Pinocchio Parking lot is moving ahead at a quick pace. This area will be the escalator plaza for the new structure. They were removing forms for the 3rd level and adding supports for the 4th level.
It appears there will be bridges/connection paths for both pedestrians and cars at the front and back of the structure on each level. Here is the 2nd floor one taking shape.
A video clip overview of the new parking structure being built on the Pinocchio Parking Lot.
Forms for the second ramp in the foreground. In the background a truck pumping concrete for the 2nd floor and off to the right the bridge/connection in the back of the structure.
Walls up around the fire place area near Trader Sam’s at the Disneyland Hotel.
In Downtown Disney, The Disney Home store features Halloween items in the entry area (a number of stores in the parks and hotels now feature Halloween).
New signs and shades for Catal.
World of Disney has Halloween merchandise at the entrance closest to Starbucks.

Several video clips of the Hook and Ladder Co performing in Town Square.
Plastic lids are disappearing.. Straws are still available for the time being.
Internet rumors/reporting are that the FastPass installation for Pirates of the Caribbean is on hold. I think that is great news. It really is not needed here.
The Laod Bhang & Co sign repainting continues. More lettering is now in place and a second sign is taking shape on the left.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge from the top deck of the Mark Twain.
The Haunted Mansion is closed for the installation of the annual holiday overlay.

Leaf art as I entered Hollywood Land.
This was different…cast members taped off a small square in the street. Then when guests stepped in it they cheered from the sidewalk.
The facade of the Animation Building is under wraps for renovation. The building and sidewalk are still open/accessible.
Gone Hollywood has gone Halloween.
I was in the area for the lights to come on this evening in Cars Land. Cast members recruited guests to dance around with flags as the song played and lights came on.
A full moon rising over the Cadillac Range in Ornament Valley this evening.

Jack Jack in Paint the Night
After the parade walked over to Disneyland for Together Forever Fireworks. Since the sidewalk is blocked off the first 5 feet or so of the street was taped off as a walkway. Reducing the available viewing space. The space between the renovations was wide open this evening.
The renovation wraps/scrims do not reflect the projections well. It seems to absorb the light unfortunately and it does block some of the projectors too.
