Paddlefish restaurant at Disney Springs will host a four-course crab dinner on its rooftop deck on Wednesday, February 21 at 7 p.m. The four-course dining experience will begin with a reception where guests will be served snow crab claws with garlic butter accompanied by a glass of sparkling Mas Fi Cava. First course of a crab salad with bacon, avocado, tomato and Louie dressing paired with Muga Rose will be in the private dining room. For the second course, guests will be served lump crab, shrimp and crawfish etouffee, and the main course will feature a surf and turf combo of miso pork and king crab claws. Dessert will be espresso-flavored creme brulee and hot chocolate paired with Alvear Cream Sherry. Space for the event is limited.
