Looking to the right, behind Critter Country, parallel to the tram route you can see they have put a layer of asphalt down for the backstage perimeter road. Also looks like a parking lot off on the right through the trees.

In Town Square they were setting up for a Pep Rally by the Spirit of Troy, the University of Southern California Trojan Marching Band. Donald warming up the crowd that was waiting for the rally.

A band was from Mexico and in town for the Tournament of Roses Parade on Monday. Today they marched through Disneyland.

It was 4:24pm, some guests waiting for the 4:15pm parade to start. They kept announcing it was delayed because of weather.

The parade stepped off at 4:30, only 15 min late, and ran without and dancers/performers on the street. Only the floats came out and they were packed a little closer together than normal.

I returned to DCA. Had a Yellow Fastpass, but there was a low turnout and they opened blue to anyone. I opted to stay in Standby for World of Color – Season of Light.
