According to Scott Joseph's Orlando Restaurant Guide, two of Disney's well-known executive chefs are on the move. California Grill's chef de cuisine Brian Piasecki has accepted a new position with Disney as "Executive Chef, Walt Disney World Resorts, Moderate, Value and Standalone DVC properties." Timothy Keating, executive chef at the BoardWalk's Flying Fish Cafe, will not be at the helm when that restaurant reopens after its current renovations, as he has left Disney to "pursue other interests."
