Disney Cruise Line Changes Alcohol Beverage Policy

Disney Cruise Line's alcohol beverage policy has changed starting with cruises embarking on or after September 30, 2015. As of that date, guests 21 and older may bring on board in carry-on luggage no more than TWO bottles (no larger than 750 ml) of unopened wine or champagne or six beers (no larger than 12 ounces) at the beginning of the voyage and at each port-of-call. Guests wishing to drink wine or champagne that they have brought on board in one of the dining rooms will be charged a corkage fee of $25 per bottle. Any alcohol packed in checked luggage will be removed and stored until the end of the cruise. Liquors and spirits (including powdered alcohol) may not be brought on board. These items and any alcoholic beverages in excess of stated limits will be stored until the end of the cruise. Guests must retrieve any stored alcohol at the end of the cruise, otherwise it will be destroyed, and no compensation will be offered. Alcohol brought on board may not be consumed in any lounge or public area.
