Angel is Experiment 624 and she is Stitch’s love interest. Like Stitch she can be good or mean. Angel was introduced as a character in Lilo and Stitch: The Series.
And here’s a bit of trivia I found online: “Angel makes a brief cameo appearance in Stitch’s Great Escape! at the Magic Kingdom when Gantu showcases the galaxy’s criminals to the guests. ”
