Elephant, warthog, giraffe, and lion impersonators gather and sit on football stadium-like seating inside a theater. Center stage fills with acrobatic monkeys, soaring birds, stilt walkers, Timon, and a “family” of talented singers. This is, Festival of the Lion King. Located in the Camp Minnie-Mickey portion of Disney’s Animal Kingdom park, the spectacular show for kids of all ages, has up to 8 performances per day.
Bring your cameras. You may use a flash for still photography but not a light for videotaping.
