As you probably know, new venues at any Disney property will likely harbor new Hidden Mickeys. The D Street store at WDW Downtown Disney West Side is no exception. I stopped inside to speak with Cast Members about Hidden Characters in their store, and they were most accommodating.
One classic (three-circle) Mickey image that is large but still overlooked by most folks is the one formed by exposed bricks on the wall behind the main counter across from the store entrance. (Thanks to Max Weitkamp and Jamie Hindes)
Another classic Mickey is made of black smudges on the back of a display box near the front entrance of the store. (Thanks to Jamie Hindes)
Various Mickey images float as clouds above you on the ceiling just inside the store entrance. (Thanks to Jamie Hindes)
One Cast Member pointed out a Hidden Pluto made of exposed bricks on the right front wall of the store.
Look up at the troll-like face watching you from near the ceiling, then walk across in front of him. An optical illusion allows his eyes to follow you; a strange effect indeed!
I’m continually amazed at the unique images of Mickey and other Disney characters created by Disney Imagineers and artists. Maybe someday we can recognize and reward in some way the artists who create these imaginative Hidden Images!

The face used to be located in The World of Disney on Fifth Avenue. It was located on the 2nd fl right over the elevator. It is indeed the face of the Evil Queen transformed from Snow White!
Actually, I believe the “troll-like” face you mention using the word “him” is actually a “her” because it is the face of the wicked queen from Snow White when she turns herself into an old witch. Sorry, just had to point that out!
Always love to see Hidden Mickeys!!! The ceiling ones look more like Pooh to me???
