My Top Places To Eat In Epcot

Well, this should be fun! This week we get to list our favorite places to eat in Epcot.

However, before we get to that task I do want to comment on last week’s blog. I was not surprised to see how many of you struggled to list your favorite “full service” restaurants to eat at in the Magic Kingdom. There’s not a lot to choose from! I would love to see a couple more restaurants in that park. The theming opportunities are endless and the need for a couple good restaurants is great. Just my two cents.

OK, on to Epcot. My favorite park, by far, to eat in. It was very difficult for me to put these restaurants into a one, two, three order. My favorite changes depending on what type of food I feel like eating on any particular day. All of them are a number one in my opinion, but as difficult as it is I must rank them.

So, here’s my list:

Epcot

Epcot%201.JPG

Full Service Restaurants:

1) Le Cellier

2) Tutto Italia

3) Teppan Edo

Honorable Mention to: Biergarten, Chef de France, Tokyo Dinning, Rose and Crown and Nine Dragons (in that order).

Counter Service Locations:

1) Sunshine Seasons

2) Yorkshire County Fish Shop (UK Pavilion)

3) Liberty Inn (American Adventure)

OK, now that I have told you my top three, what’s yours? I’d love to know. Also, you can add whatever comments you want to help us appreciate your choices.

Speaking of comments, here’s some of my thoughts. I think that the American pavilion needs a full service restaurant. For those who have read some of my other blogs you know I think a seafood restaurant would work there quite nicely. Imagine a restaurant with seafood from the Northeast, Southwest and Northwest parts of the country. Sounds like a winner to me. I feel that Le Cellier needs to be expanded. The restaurants popularity has outgrown that space. The food at Sunshine Seasons is extremely good; I love that Smoked Ham and Salami sandwich. And to be very honest, the Liberty Inn only made the list because I can get a cold Samuel Adams with my meal.

Post your favorites and you could win an AllEars® baseball cap. I will take all the names of those who post a comment (see below) with your list, I will put them in a hat and randomly draw the name of the lucky winner. The only rules are that you must reside in the US, be 18 years old or older and you must provide your email address so I can contact you should you win.

All comments must be posted no later than Sunday, June, 13th, 2010 in order to be eligible to win the AllEars® baseball cap. Note, you can still post comments after that date, you just won’t be eligible to win a prize. The winner of the AllEars® baseball cap will be announced the following Sunday.

To make things a bit easier for you can just copy and paste the following into the Post A Comment section below and add your information:

I have only walked the Bay Lake Towers, but, as much as I love the Contemporary, I know that it will soon be at the top of my DVC list once I stay there. The kids love Animal Kingdom the most.

  2. I’m surprise to see Le Cellier on the top of your list. I’m canadian (Québec) and I was not impress about this restaurant. The food was good but there was no ambiance and the waitress rude. I will try another restaurant this summer.

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Sunshine Seasons

    Your comments:
I want to try the Marrakesh and Teppan Edo still. Liberty Inn seems to be overlooked and it is a great place for a decent burger.

  7. Full Service Restaurants:

1)Biergarten (the food was delicious, great choices for kids, entertainment and ambiance excellent)

    Counter Service Locations:

1)Sunshine Seasons (great variety of healthy options; roasted beet and goat cheese salad excellent)
2)Kringla Bakeri og Cafe (ham and apple sandwich excellent and big enough to share)
3)Cantina de San Angel (surprisingly reasonable, with large portions)

Your comments: We love the food choices at Epcot and were lucky enough to visit during the Food and Wine Festival, when we ate our way around the World Showcase via the kiosks. We don’t stay at a WDW resort, which is why we haven’t tried more table service restaurants. We also think Club Cool is, well … cool.

  8. Full Service Restaurants:

    2) Le Cellier
    3) Teppan Edo

    Counter Service:

    1) Sunshine Seasons
    2) American Pavilion
    2.5) Club Cool

    Comments:

I know Club Cool is not really a eatery, but it’s pretty awesome!! I have only eaten at 2 counter service restaurants in Epcot.
I LOVE Chefs de France, but my family scremed for more choices. I really enjoyed Coral Reef for the atmosphere and Marrakesh for the food, excellent wait staff and entertainment. I was not a huge fan of their dessert, but LOVE the appetizers. ( I really miss the old dining plan which allowed appetizers and desserts. Sigh….)

  10. Full Service Restaurants:

    1)Coral Reef
    2)Restaurant Marrakesh
    3)San Angel Inn

    Counter Service Locations:

    1)Sunshine Seasons
    2)Yorkshire County Fish and Chips
    3)Kringla Bakery

Your comments: I think the Coral Reef often gets overlooked. It has a refreshing menu and just a fabulous setting – imagine how hard it would be get a reservation at this place if it was in your hometown!

  11. Full Service Restaurants:

Can’t review because I haven’t eaten at any:( I’ve had LeCellier ADRs my past two trips and cancelled them to do what the family wanted…some day I will take a solo trip to WDW and eat there and everywhere else:)

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Sunshine Seasons
    2) Sunshine Seasons
    3) Sunshine Seasons

    Your comments:

Sunshine Seasons is the best value in WDW with the dining plan…I had a HUGE strawberry shortcake as my dessert with my counter service lunch:) Soooo good! This is the only Counter Service I will eat at in Epcot now…you can get so many varieties that it’s like 3 different meals:)

  12. Full Service Restaurants:

    1)LeCellier
    2)Chefs de France
    3)Rose and Crown

    Counter Service Locations:

    1)Boulangerie Pastisserie
    2)Sunshine Seasons3)
    3)Sommerfest

    Your comments:

We mostly use the Quickservice plan now and rarely eat in full service restaurants. This frees up more time for the parks, no reservations are needed plus, we save $$. That being said, in December, my entire office is accompanying me to WDW for the first (and probably only) time. We will be using the regular dining plan since we want this trip to be memorable. The only Epcot dinner we reserved is for Chefs de France. We by-passed LeCellier because the tables are too close together and I don’t want my group to feel confined. So, yes, make LeCellier larger and give us a full service American pavillion restaurant. Then, I’ll say, “Zip-a-dee-doo-dah!”

  13. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Coral Reef Restaurant
    2) Teppan Edo
    3) Nine Dragons

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Kringla Bakeri og Cafe
    2) Boulangerie Patisserie
    3) Electric Umbrella

    Your comments:

The Coral Reef barely edged out Teppan Edo, mainly on the strength of its aquarium view and seafood offerings. I was a little sad to leave off Le Cellier off my list but the remodelled Nine Dragons is really great. For counter service, I mainly go for snacks and desserts since EPCOT has so many wonderful table service places; that’s why you’ll see the Norway and France snack places at the top of my list. Electric Umbrella is one of my favorite Future World locations, mainly because I have a lot of childhood memories eating there (I was a very fussy eater as a child). I would also list the Land’s farmer’s market as an excellent counter service area, mainly because of its healthier options.

  14. Full Service:
    1. Teppan Edo
    2. Restaurant Marrekesh
    3. Garden Grill

    Counter Service:
    1. Sunshine Season
    2. Kringla Bakeri
    3. Sommerfest

Comments: This was very difficult because if you asked for all of WDW restaurants most of my favorites would be at Epcot. Teppan Edo is fun for all ages and has good food. Where else can I find Morrocan food but at WDW? Garden Grill has the best character interaction of any of the character restaurants and their salad is so fresh. My husband would wonder why I didn’t put Le Cellier in the top three; it is very good but I live in the MidWest where good steak is available. We also like the atmosphere of Coral Reef.
Sunshine Seasons has great variety and some good healthly choices. Love the schoolbread at Kringla and the pretzels at Sommerfest.

    Your comments:
Le Cellier is by far our msot favorite restaurant in Epcot and a must do every trip; And the kids favorite lunch is Sunshine Seasons for their variety, ourfavorite is Yakiatori House, and the open faced salmon at Kringla Bakery is also a must

  17. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Chefs de France (cute, attentive waiters with French accents, whats not to like? Oh yes the food is great too!

    1) Boulangerie Patisserie(every other day)
    2) Kringla Bakeri
    3) Yakitori House
    4) Cantina de San Angel (Nachos and margaritas, yumm)

    Your comments
As I write this I am amazed I haven’t eaten at more places, but we all have our favourites! I was not impressed with Restaurant Marrakesh, as it was very loud, and as a single diner I felt very rushed and the staff was not friendly at all(although the show was great). I felt very comfortable at the Chefs de France, and the Rose and Crown. The staff was great at both restaurants(see above comment). I would have loved to have Le Cellier on my list but it was impossible to get a an AR on my last trip. Oh well, will just have to go back!

  18. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) EASY – Le Cellier
    2) Coral Reef
    3) San Angel Inn & Teppan Edo….sorry cannot make up mind

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Cantina de San Angel
    2) Yakitori House
    3) Boulangerie Patisserie

    Your comments:
Funny when your on the dining plan how many nights you end up in Epcot…..the dining here is GREAT…..
However, I always cannot talk about dining without my biggest negative in Disney….my wife and I have given it 4 chances and EACH time the same results….FRANCE….If you are going to do ANY type of Dislikes list (which to me Disney and Dislike do not go together) the ONLY one would be Le Chefs.

  19. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Restaurant Marrakesh
    2) Le Cellier
    3) San Angel Inn

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Yakitori House

    3)Tokyo Dining

    Counter Service Locations:

    1)Sunshine Seasons
    2)Boulangerie Patisserie
    3)Yorkshire County Fish n Chips

Your comments: I’ve only eaten at those 3 table service so I don’t have much to go on there. I have had a few counter service though.

Your comments: Ask me this in 6 months from now and my list will be a bit different (after the re-opening of San Angel Inn and the Pizza place in Italy.)

  23. Full Service:

Chefs de France (rediscovered this last Dec. after not having dined there for probably 20 years!
    Le Cellier
    Rose & Crown

    Counter:
Rose & Crown counter (that’s about the only counter service we ever eat at!)

I agree–full service seafood in American Pavilion would be great. Thanks

  24. Full Service Restaurants:

    2) Coral Reef
    3) Le Cellier

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Electric Umbrella
    2) Lotus Blossom
    3) Sunshine Seasons

Your comments: I agree with you that American Pavilion needs something different than what is there now. I have sent the following email to WDW, and they “appreciated” the idea (which I read as “we aren’t going to change”). Maybe we can start a grassroots effort! Email to WDW below:

Hi, every time I pass by the restaurant at the American Pavilion it seems so empty even at the height of lunch or dinner. Taking a look at the menu it’s easy to see why. There is no inspired fare. I would recommend you do America proud for all those tourists from abroad, as well as Americans that don’t get to travel our own country much and provide interesting American food. I’ve included some examples below:
    – New Orleans Gumbo
    – St. Louis Toasted Ravioli
    – Chicago style pizza (thick crust and sauce not cheese or toppings, goes on top).
    – Texas Chili
    – Buffalo Wings
    – California Rolls
    – Key Lime Pie
    – New York Style Cheesecake
    – Boston baked beans
    – Santa Fe Enchiladas (choice of red or green chile)
    – Rice-a-Roni (ok, maybe not!)
    – Maryland Crab Cakes
    – Etc.

  25. Full Service Restaurants:
    1) Bistro de Paris
    2) Le Cellier
    3) Coral Reef

Comments: It’s just my husband and me, so we always have a sit-down meal for both lunch (early) and dinner (late). We love food! So no counter service restaurants on this list. But actually I picked Coral Reef mostly due to being at the aquarium; such a great atmosphere.

This isn’t really a counter service meal, but one of my favorite things to do in Epcot is go to Club Cool and try out the different flavors of Coke from around the world. It really is a nice cool break from the hot outdoors, and really interesting.

But most of all, Food and Wine Festival is our very favorite WDW special event. I choose it #1 of all the food options at WDW.

  26. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Bistro de Paris
    2) Tutto Italia
    3) Tokyo Dining

    Counter Service Locations:

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Sunshine Seasons
    2) Yakitori House
    3) Lotus Blossom Cafe

    Your comments:
Epcot is my families favorite place to eat in WDW. We’ve tried most of the dining options with only a few disappointments. Each thime we visit we try something new and this last visit we discovered number two on my counter service list. Can’t wait to go back and maybe find another gem.

  28. Full Service:
    1) Le Cellier
    2) Biergarten
    3) Tokyo Dining

    Counter Service:

    2) San Angel Inn
    3) Le Cellier

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Tangierine Cafe
    2) Sunshine Seasons
    3) Kringla Bakery

    Your comments:

I think the more exotic menu at Marrakesh scares alot of people away. The food is actually quite delicious, and the belly dancer is very entertaining (she even brings the kids out to dance). It is also pretty easy to get a table as a walk-in.

  30. Full Service

    1) San Angel Inn
    2) Rose and Crown
    3) Marrakesh

    Counter

    1) Tangerine Cafe
    2) Yakitori House
    3) Ye Old Fish Shop

Full service – Mexico – where else can you eat in a Mexican village next to a volcano? Rose and Crown – just a fun place to go, can’t beat the patio, reasonable prices! Marraksh – uncrowded, off the beaten path, good food, and a fun time.

Counter – Love the food and setting of Tangerine. HUGE portions. The setting and relaxing atmosphere combined with tasty food is why I love Yakitori, and the al fresco lakeside setting of the fish and chips stand make it a must stop for me at World Showcase.

I have yet to eat at Le Cellier, but it’s on my must do list for my next trip! I need to see what all the fuss is about…

With the exception of Sunshine Seasons (excellent!!), CS was difficult since most of our meals at Epcot have been TS. But I’m looking forward to trying some new ones, especially Tangierine Cafe, when we go back to August!

2)Sunshine Seasons(ok food if you need to eat there)
    3)Haven’t tried anywhere else

Your comments:We love eating at Coral Reef and LeCellier on all of our trips. We have a hard time finding places to eat at Epcot because of picky eaters and food allergies. We usually head over to the Beach Club to Cape May when we are at Epcot and not going to the other 2 favs! Going to try Boulangerie Patissere and Les Chefs this Dec., I’m sure they will then make my list.

    3) Patisserie in France

Honorable Mention: the Grey Goose slushy kiosk outside of France

    Your comments:

I think Epcot has the best counter service by far of any Disney Park. Kringla Bakery is extra special because it tends not to be very crowded yet has excellent sandwiches and pasteries.

  41. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Le Cellier
    2) Akershus (Princess Breakfast)
    3) Rose & Crown

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Sunshine Seasons
    2) Yakitori House
    3) Boulangerie Patisserie

    Comments:

Cheddar Cheese Soup. Need I say more? That alone is what makes Le Cellier our top choice. And I maintain that Boulangerie Patisserie is a counter service restaurant due to the cafe tables next door. We can’t have a day at Epcot without eating at one of these places.

To be honest,I find that the restaurants in Epcot aren’t big enough to accommodate the crowd levels. Le Cellier has gone down in quality over the years simply because it has to pump out food so fast all day long. I don’t think that Disney ever thought that they’d be as popular as they are.
Looking forward to your next adventure!!!!!!!!

I LOVE EPCOT! The food selections are amazing! My husband and I have eaten at every restaurant in EPCOT, with the exception of Coral Reef (which I am hoping to do in January). I am obsessed with the school bread from Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe. It is so good!

We have eaten at Le Cellier on every visit to Disney. Yes, I know I put down Yakitori House three times. We love to eat there. We always say that we are going to eat there only once on each trip so that we can try some place else, but we usually make it there at least two or more times.

    3) Biergarten

    Counter Service Locations:

    Your comments:
Biergarten for the atmosphere and experience more than the average food.

I agree with you that the American pavilion needs a sit down restaurant and I like your idea a lot. It would be great to see them have many regionalized things like Southern Fried Chicken, ribs, seafood, etc.

DizneyMike replies: Jack, yes you are allowed to chime in; you’re just not eligible for the prize. Sorry but AllEars team members can’t win. It’s great to see you hear and hope you’ll get back to Florida soon…Mike

  56. Where I’ve been:

    Coral Reef
    Sunshine Seasons
    Cantina de San Angel
    Yorkshire County Fish Shop

I think that’s it. But I really look forward to eating one day at:

San Angel Inn (love the atmosphere and the ride!)
    Biergarten (I’m a sucker for outdoors/indoors)
    Yakitori House
    Le Celier
    Restaurant Marrakesh
    Garden Grill

  57. My girlfriend and I are vegan, and amazingly, most of EPCOT’s full service restaurant’s don’t offer menu items that are easy to “veganize” – but many of their counter service locations are very accomodating!

    Full Service Restaurants:

    1) San Angel
    2) Rose And Crown
    3) Not a lot else to choose from

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Yakitori House
    2) Cantina de San Angel
    3) Sunshine Seasons

    Your comments:
Unfortunately our family has only done one trip to WDW so far and Tokyo Dining was the only TS at Epcot that we did, but after living in Japan for 4 yrs. I can say that it is good authentic Japanese food. The atmosphere is also very serene. The chocolate ginger cake was wonderful! As for CS; I can only comment on where we ate but we really loved them all. Yakitori House had the most amazing curry! it was a chilly night in December and one of favorite memories from our trip was eating my curry beef outside the American Pavillion sitting under a tree and listening to the Candlelight Processional. My DD23 &21 opted for Cantina de San Angel and really enjoyed it. Our whole family ate at Sunshine Seasons and were amazed by all the choices, portion sizes, and the dessert counter was unbelievable!!!!

  59. Table Service:
    1. Le Cellier ( The NY Strip and Filet Mignon are wonderful!)

    2. Tepan Edo (Very nice Japanese experience and tender steak!)

    3. Coral Reef ( The kids love watching the fish and occasional diver!)

    Quick Service:

    1. Sunshine Seasons ( best fresh salads and many choices!)

    2. Electric Umbrella (very busy, but good burgers)

We love Norway bakery as my husband was in Norway & says the food is just like the original in Norway…..Excellent…..

We enjoyed Chefs de France very much when we were there in March….the food was outstanding & we had a wonderful waitress..We plan on going there everytime we go to Disney @ least one time….maybe more…..(we are going back in July & again in October!!!!)

Sunshine Seasons is also one of our favorites…..We usually go there for breakfast, & also the selections are great for lunch & dinner too!!!!!!

    2) Teppan Edo

    Counter Service Locations:

Your comments: We’ve only eaten at those two full service places in Epcot and will be eating again at Biergarten in July since we loved it so much! We’re also trying Rose and Crown then so hopefully we will enjoy it there too. Sunshine Seasons is probably my favorite counter service in all of WDW!

    3) Sunshine Seasons

    Your comments:

Epcot is definitely one of my favorite parks to eat in, I could eat (and drink) around the world every time I visit (and I usually get close). Tangerine Cafe is one of the best counter service deals around and there is just something about a beer and brat from Germany that makes me crave it when I’m not there. Love these blogs! Thanks Mike!

  64. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Le Cellier
    2) Biergarten
    3) Teppan Edo

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Rose & Crown Pub (not TS restaurant)
    2) Sunshine Seasons
    3) Tangierine Cafe

Our new fave QS is the pub in England. We go for an early lunch (they start serving at noon) so we can get a seat. Best beer around, and some really good food. I think the English Bulldog (banger & mash concoction) is our fave.

And of course Le Cellier has to be our number one restaurant in all of WDW. We have always had great food and service there.

  65. Full Service

    1. Biergarten
    2. Chefs de France
    3. Le Cellier

    Counter Service

    1. Tangierine
    2. Sunshine Seasons
    3. Bakery in France or Norway–whichever one is convenient at the moment

Comments: We love Biergarten! The food is good and the atomsphere with the band is a lot of fun. It’s a great place to meet up with friends for a meal. We’re trying Tutto Italia and Teppan Edo for the first time in Sept. and I’m hoping those will be favorites, too.

  66. Mike,
These are fun, but they are making me hungry!

    3) Coral Reef

    Counter Service Locations:
    1) Rose & Crown Pub
    2) Sunshine Seasons
    3) Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe

    Your comments:
I remember the days when Le Cellier was nearly a joke of a restaurant (the last place you could get reservations!) but they do an amazing job now. Their filet is one of the best, if not THE best, in all of WDW. And that pretzel stick? Come on! The Bistro is pricey but we love it and have never been let down with food and service – also has a fab view of the fireworks. As for the counter service locales, Sunshine Seasons’ selection cannot be beat. The roasted beet and goat cheese salad is a must-eat on every Disney trip. The hubby goes for the Asian fare. The cafe in Norway is still somewhat tucked away and most people tend to pass it by – I love their open-faced salmon sandwich.

The Rose & Crown Pub is by far our favorite spot for a cool drink and a snack-sized order of fish & chips. I couldn’t figure which category to place it in, because it’s not exactly a full sit-down place. Their fruit & cheese plate is also DELISH! It’s served with an onion jam that is worth the price of admission.

    2) Coral Reef
    3)

    Counter Service Locations:

    1) Tangierine Cafe
    2) Kringla Bakeri og Cafe
    3) Sunshine Seasons

Comments: We’ve only tried two table service resturants at Epcot, though plan to do more in the future. We enjoy “eating around the world” too much and so we hit mostly counter service.

  69. Full Service:

    1. Biergarten
    2. San Angel Inn (mostly for atmosphere)

    Counter Service:

    1. Norwegian Bakery
    2. Fish and Chips UK
    3. Sunshine Seasons

We have only done the 2 full service restaurants as we don’t get to the parks often (boo hoo) and we haven’t done the dining plan since we have had young kids who wouldn’t sit through many full service meals! Biergarten is a big favorite for the atmosphere, of course, and the fact that it’s a pretty decent buffet. We are midwesterners with German heritage, so the meat and potatoes and hearty-type foods on the buffet are popular with us! San Angel Inn – food isn’t that remarkable and we have not had terrific service, but we just enjoy the dark, cool, relaxing environment and asking the little ones to keep watching for the volcano to erupt and watching the boats go by keeps them entertained.

Very, very fun blogs!! Thanks for giving me a little Disney escape on this, my last week of teaching school before we are finally out for the summer 🙂

    Your comments:
My full service restraurants faves are based on the fact that we have an almost 3 and almost 5 year old. Our kids LOVE eating in Germany. I think its the music and the way it looks inside that they enjoy. I think the food is really good and DH loves the beer. My son also LOVES watching the belly dancer in Morocco and I really enjoy this type of food. We did breakfast in Norway for the first time this past March and it was so much fun for us all. The Princesses and the food were fantastic. We go to France for Remy. I think every kid needs that expereince. We like the Coral Reef cause were else can you go and stare at all those fish?

QS was hard for me to pick since we usually have 2 TS meals in EPCOT when we are there. But I have enojoyed pastery from Norway and egg rolls in China. I like the variety at Sunshine Seasons…cant wait for the next topic!

    Counter Service:
    1. Cantina de San Angel (hope I like the new one, too!!)
    2. Sommerfest
    3. Boulangerie Patisserie

Comments: We always skip the full service restaurants in Epcot because we just love the counter service. Our biggest problem is picking just one place for lunch, and we usually hop around the world making snacks out of meals!! Epcot is by far my favoirte place to eat.

  74. Full Service Restaurants:

    Your comments:
When I set out to make my list, I thought it would be easy as we spend most of our time in Epcot. Now I realize that while this is true, we tend to gravitate to the same sit down restaurants – mainly Le Cellier and Teppan Edo. Otherwise, we do a typical “Eating Around the World” and stop at the counter services in most of the other countries. Maybe it’s time we tried some of the other sit downs…but we love Le Cellier, so that will always be on the list! And, you can’t beat the sweets and ham and cheese croissants at the Boulangerie Patisserie.

  82. Mmm…is hard to me to make a list, specially if we consider that I’ve never eat in a full service restaurante (is too expensive, but someday I will…)

So, my list (a extremely short version)

    Counter service:

    1.- Sunshine Season
    2.- Cantina San Angel
    3.- Liberty Inn

I want to mention that I always eat a funnel at American Pavillion and to enjoy even more the waiting time for Illuminations I drink a frozen strawberry margarita at Mexico…I love them! 😛

And in my next trip (next year I hope) I definitely will eat at Yakitori House (last trip I couln’t because dad hate sushi!)

  83. Full Service Restaurants:
    1) Le Cellier
    2) Restaurant Marrakesh

    Counter Service Locations:
    1) Boulangerie Patisserie
    2) Yakitori House
    3) Sunshine Seasons Food Fair
    4) Cantina de San Angel (rest of my family loves it but I can’t stand Mexican food)

    Your comments:
I’m 34 and I go to WDW with my mom, aunt, & grandparents and since we’re on a budget I haven’t been able to get them into many of the table service places. We usually eat breakfast in our hotel room, have an early lunch around 11a (maybe full service if I can get them to agree), grab a quick supper between 4-5p before staking out our Illuminations spot, and then eat a late meal in the food court back at the hotel later.

  84. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Le Cellier
    2) San Angel Inn
    3) Garden Grill (my kids’ vote!)

    Counter Service Locations:

    3) Don’t do to many counter service in EPCOT, good planning will get a sit down resturant!

Your comments This is why we like to stay in the EPCOT resort area, you can always do one park for the day, then come back and walk to world showcase for a nice sit down meal!

  86. Full Service Restaurants:

    1) Chefs de France
    2) Teppan Edo

    Counter Service Locations:

    3)Kringla Bakeri og Cafe

Your comments: It was a tough choice between Le Cellier, and Tutto Italia, but Tutto won because of the divine Bugie/Chiacchere dessert. Tangierine Cafe seems like it’s never that busy, and it makes me sad that people are missing a place with fresh tasty food that’s perfect for those hot days!

Love Le Cellier, especailly love that the childrens menu includes a steak option as my daughter loves steak. I absolutely love the selection of the Sunshine Seasons, something for everyone in the family. My favorite is the turkey sandwich with the chipotle mayo. I I also think they have the best selection of deserts for a counter service that I have found to date. I always get the key lime pie, YUMMY!

    2)Kringla Bakery
    3)Tangierine Cafe

note: I’m dying to try the new menu at Refreshment Port now that McDonald’s is gone from the park. I used to like the choices at Lotus Blossom (they used to have a beef/corn soup that was incredibly tasty).
